How do you guys feel about jewelry?

Personally, I don't wear anything besides a watch, which believe it or not I use for time. A pharmacist I drink with sometimes wears 10 rings, 2 chains, 2 bracelets, and a watch - 24kt gold. I should ask him if it's a culture thing, he's Indian, and from my experience - I've seen many Indians with a lot of gold. We go out and people just stop and stare, one time he had an hour long discussion with a jeweler we'd been drinking with. *It depends where we go - typically he only wears 5 rings and a bracelet, since they tend to rip the gloves. DON'T WANT TO CATCH HEP OR ANYTHING lol

I've seen people get earrings on their tongues or belly buttons - which to me is really unattractive. I could never even pierce my ear, I just don't see the point, and a lot of females look fine without it.

I wear a watch and a wedding ring. Jewelry is fine, though I don't have a high opinion of face piercings (standard earrings excluded). What I absolutely loathe are the big plastic rings some idiots use to enlarge their earlobes, don't know the name.

I don't generally love a lot of jewelry on men. A watch is fine. ONE ring is fine. I can deal with an earring, but meh to much more than that on men. Body piercings do nothing for me, and tons of baubles, necklaces, and bracelets on a man look tacky to me,

For myself, I usually have my watch, wedding and engagement rings, and small earrings, often with a necklace. I might go for bolder jewelry if the occasion calls for it, but I don't like to be dripping with jewels in general. I dislike most bracelets, with come rare exceptions, and rings get in my way and annoy me. My only piercings are my ears. Sometimes I think about adding another hole or two, but I probably won't do it.

I work in a scientific laboratory environment where anything on hands restricts ability to put on / take off gloves, and necklaces risk getting dunked into beakers when they're being examined unless they are kept firmly secured underneath a shirt or labcoat.

Therefore, I have a wristwatch only, which is, like Hung Wang, used for timekeeping.  Bringing in a phone, much less grabbing it with a gloved hand, just to keep track of experiment times is a big no-no.

For Indians, jewelery can be considered a cultural thing, though there're not that many people I've seen wearing that amount in public lol. Rings are usually worn for religious purposes. They are supposed to be a sort of lucky charm and every stone/metal has some different meaning/ is used as a charm for something different.

I wear a ring and a watch, a very basic one, because I'm too lazy to take out my phone whenever I want to check the time. My family has a lot of jewelry, though only worn on really special occasions and for the most part, are used as investments.

The differance between IRON and some rag tag alliance is the fact that we will fight with no reguard to our own nations. Putting the greater good of the whole before ourselves. Victory for all or they will have to fight us to the last point of infa in the last IRON nation. Every so often someone(s) will come around and exemplifie this. Living up to the IRON Values. It gives me great pleaser to baptize three of IRON's up and comers.

I don't wear jewelry when I go out except my wedding ring. Occasionally I will wear a digital watch.

In public, I prefer not to advertise or display having things of high value. Instead, I like to blend in and not attract potentially unwanted attention.

I wear my wedding ring when I leave the house. Nothing else. I quit wearing a watch about 20 years ago when I quit caring what time it is. My wife has an iPhone, and is our official timekeeper. I did start wearing a Kangol hat about 20 years ago when I leave the house... so I guess I traded the watch for an awesome British hat.

MVP(Mod’s Choice)= Master Samus; I think Master Samus played amazingly for a guy who claims it was his second only mafia game. He never led the town on him and that’s why he deserves this award. He was impressive in manipulating the town that led to the ultimate mafia victory.

Player of Mafia; Master Samus/emudevelopment (shared); I think both were instrumental in the town’s defeat. Both were manipulative and deceptive. They clearly came out as pro-town and looked like de-facto town leaders. They led the lynch wagon w/o anyone uncovering their true motives.

Samus, you should be proud that you've helped make an environment where people feel safe enough to share their experiences.

I can't really say I have an opinion on this one way or the other. I've had several piercings before, I wouldn't really recommend them. A lot of jewelry can look tacky on anyone but it can also look good.

Haven't seen the silver ones I don't think.

I started wearing a polo cap for a while, but stopped... I was worried I'd lose it or someone would want to horseplay with it. (Which makes me angry... haha)

It's funny I posted this yesterday. Today a female patient was at drive thru, she had pierced her forearm. She had 2 studs in it and I think a rod going under too... why? It's so bizarre.

I occasionally wear my watch and a ring my grandfather gave to me. I usually only use it when I "go out," rather it be dinner, a movie, or some type of event like a wedding. I think too much jewelry on men or women looks extremely tacky, but to each their own.
