This is a tough one. After much deliberation, I took the tounge option, because in the end you would die from malnutrition if you were to eat ONLY bread and water. If however sufficient vitamin intake could be organized, I'd go with the Bread & Water option
2 weeks > 2 months. Provided there is food & warmth. With some books it would be fairly bareable.

Crab claws for hands. Crabs get by pretty well with them. I don't know of any creature with other animals for body parts, and it would be annoying for them to be cawing with every step I took.
Lose a portion of my tongue until it's gone by 80. I love food too much to suffer so many years with only bread and water, even if eventually I won't be able to enjoy anything at all. At least the majority of my life would be normal.
Stranded for a fortnight for a hut in the snow. Not only is it a shorter period, but I can always hunt, gather, and build what I need in a wooded snowy environment. An island has much less wildlife and resources to sustain life, especially for the longer period.

Bread & Water, need that tongue at 100% effeciency for you know what
Hut won't be too bad, 2 weeks is easier to countdown than 2 months. Plus there's unknown amounts of dangers in the desert, plus the lack of water

MVP(Mod’s Choice)= Master Samus; I think Master Samus played amazingly for a guy who claims it was his second only mafia game. He never led the town on him and that’s why he deserves this award. He was impressive in manipulating the town that led to the ultimate mafia victory.
Player of Mafia; Master Samus/emudevelopment (shared); I think both were instrumental in the town’s defeat. Both were manipulative and deceptive. They clearly came out as pro-town and looked like de-facto town leaders. They led the lynch wagon w/o anyone uncovering their true motives.
Samus, you should be proud that you've helped make an environment where people feel safe enough to share their experiences.
