Hey Guys!
I decided since my activity as of late would allow me to moderate a Mafia game, so i thought since MK's mafia is starting to get close to the end soon, that i would go ahead and start a game of my own 
Popcorn Mafia is the game, its different than what is usually played in IRON.
Before the game starts, mafia must elect a townie to be the gunbearer. That player has until deadline runs out to shoot another player. If the gunbearer hits scum, they keep the gun. If the gunbearer hits town, the gunbearer dies and the targeted townie becomes the new gunbearer. If the gunbearer does not shoot by deadline, they die and the mafia pick a new gunbearer.
The gunbearer is always announced and confirmed as innocent.
This game is nightless.

I would guess that if both scum and town has same numbers, scum wins.
So basically 3-2 or 4-3 town:scum ratio is still a LyLo situation, where the gunbearer townie needs to eliminate scum to continue the game for town. Otherwise it's game over.

Not sure I completely understand this version. Will there be night? Will scum know who’s scum? When town chooses gunner that will auto confirm the person is town, what if they choose scum?
no nights, scum knows there partners and has scum chat, and scum chooses the first gunner, not town

That is correct, as soon as the gunbearer decides who he/she is shooting, is when I process the action and then the next day starts. That being said the voting system has no use. I've seen some archived games from Mafiascum use the voting for a tallying system so the gunbearer can get an idea who everyone think should be shot.no nights, scum knows there partners and has scum chat, and scum chooses the first gunner, not town
