I am young so it didn't affect me as bad, but it was not a fun thing! The coughing was usually manageable with water, but the worst thing were the fevers. I didn't have any energy to do anything. I couldn't sleep, eat, focus. Nada! I would think I was breaking the fever because I'd start sweating a lot, but it would be back within an hour.For the most part, it was over in about a week and I don't think there were any long-lasting affects.
