Welcome back! 1139 days  :D

For starters, I'd suggest maximizing tax income and minimalizing bills:

Drop your soldier count to approx 18% and get rid of tanks and aircraft.

Play around with your government positions until your crime prevention score is just above 500.

Enroll in the ITF (sell tech) and in a trade circle like Captain Crozier suggests.

Never have >100 tech while selling tech.

We don't have the mentor program we used to, but lots of people around who can answer questions, so ask away...

You may find it easier to sell all your infra (make sure you have the improvement which makes infra cheaper to buy first) and then gettign to to cash dump your rebuild!

So I'm in a trade circle now. I signed up to sell tech. What should I do about my infrastructure? I'm not sure what the guides are saying. Any resources on what should be done will be helpful.

Trades should really help. You have all 5 full which is awesome.

Build infra to x999.99 (no kidding about the .99). Remember the infra jump.

Do not buy land for a while. Pop density can go way above 50 without any problem, especially because you have water resource.

Crime score is 577. Have a look at gov positions the raise happiness, environment and/or income and let scrore drop to 501 or above.
