I'm not 100% sure what a vote thief does even after looking at the mafia scum wiki. However in the context of the show, Travis was Joe Exotic's 2nd husband that he married (Joe had two husbands at the same time) and in real life Travis kills himself accidentally. Joe soon after marries Dillon, so Joe can maintain his thrupple. I can't believe I just typed that last sentence, but there it is.
