Stalwart, I intently stare the bolt down. It diverts at the last moment, crashing into a nearby pine with the fury of a screaming locomotive. Splintered shards of wood slice through the air as the once proud tree shatters, contorting into a twisted, burning hulk. I roast a mallow over its ignited remains.
