During the next day phase Player A will cast their electoral ballot when their state is ready to announce their decision. The player they vote for will "lose" the election (aka die). If Player A is eliminated at night, player B will cast their electoral ballot instead

I also asked this, and I'm sad that it just continues to exist. We should totally be able to remove the EC and implement normal proportional voting.
