Just asking for my own education, if a Dr pays me a visit, do I get any notification from the Mod or no?

No. Only investigative roles get answers. Sometimes they get an answer of "no result" if something intervenes.

meh the info was already readily available. the only claim that would actually condemn anyone would be the N3 alignment cop and they already know that.
