Would have been helpful if lyner said something other than brewers/velocity is scum but I guess it is what it is

CoD was killed so that means our scum is most likely not an inactive player, and that the doctor saved someone n2. So the doctor knows at least one confirmed townie (please don’t RC… lol)

The only way I can see the doctor not stopping the kill was if isoc was the scum and didn’t come back until after the night phase was over but I find that to be unlikely

Assuming we're in the setup with the doctor, then we do have a motion detector too, just as a reminder. At this point, I would think their main value is to confirm people who they don't detect any motion for (not counting night 1), since the mafia at least was forced to kill last night, and almost definitely tried the night before. Movement isn't going to tell us much since it could be mafia, the doctor, or either of their targets, but a complete absence of motion can only come from a VT at this point, right?

yeah absence of motion would def be from a VT.   

 

motion would mean either they got the mafia, the doctor, or the doctors target. 

 

So no motion = confirmed town

i wont say who i used it on or if they are alive or dead/  but i will say this-- if you know me, i think its pretty obvious who i picked lol

also a question for kevin:  if scum was inactive, ie) ferastical, would you allow imran to submit the kills on his behalf?  obviously you couldnt replace him with imran since we would all know imran would be scum lol but would you still allow him to submit kills?

and here are my thoughts on everyone:

 

Town:

Me - obviously I know Im town lol

LWW-  posts seem townish, and I dont think he would have killed me n1, since he knows how bad i had it for like a year and a half with always being killed n1.  would have been a dick move

 

MK-  hammered lyner.  I dont think scum would do that when they are literally the only person left in their faction.   

 

Not sure but leaning town:

Rafay-  very early vote on imran.  not really giving off scummie vibes to me.

isoc -  hasnt been around much to really get any opinion  other than his post about grouping people (though the way he grouped them was kinda weird to me).  Only thing that sticks out was n2 after imran died there was no kill, and then D3 isoc came back/showed up and then there was a kill n3.  Could be a complete coincicence, but also could be he straight up missed the kill n2 and showed up after the night had passed.  Hence why im not sure

 

The inactives:

Ferastical/Captainjf  probably town, but if Kevin would allow imran to submit the kill on their behalf, then they could be scum.

 

at this point I honestly have no idea where to go with this game.   it really hurts that captain and ferastical are not even present in the game because we have legit nothing to go off for those two.  and if imran would be allowed to submit the kills for them, we would basically have no way of figuring out they are scum, unless our motion detector chose them for some reason, but lets be real, that probably isnt gonna happen.

 

now if kevin says that he would not allow imran to submit the kill on an inactive partner's behalf, then i think that would basically confirm them both as town at this point

Brewers should try his best not to reveal what he knows based on his prior role.
The scum as a faction decides on a night-kill so I would allow an active scum to use an inactive scum to make a night-kill.

Tbh I actually thought about suggesting it too, but MK always gets convinced that I'm scum whenever I have any sort of out of the box idea like this lol. One thing I would add is that if we know that the doctor is protecting the motion detector, then the chances that movement detected is by scum goes up to 50/50 since they'd obviously never see the doctor's target, so there is some advantage we gain by doing it this way.

I think it kind of depends on what the motion detector knows already. If they've just tracked stuff that isn't going to help us a whole lot like people who have already died then I don't think it's worth it since it won't help us today anyway and takes away any help that the doctor might have given us in stopping a kill. On the other hand, if they do already have some useful information that we can use to rule out townies, then it might be a better idea to go ahead and come forward now and let the doctor protect them so they can hopefully keep collecting information. The thing that would really suck is if mafia kills them before they tell us anything they learned.
