That might not be the case, Kevin what's the tie breaker rules?
Lets play this out with a mislynch on day 1, mafia cannot kill on night 1 (even night only) so that makes it 2v2 on day 2. If its first to two (2) votes, then yes mafia can coordinate a preemptive strike on town to open day 2 and seal the win. But if the tie breaker is random, then that leaves town with some protection (50/50).
Either way I do agree with no lynch once everyone checks in. We are still waiting for 40% of the players to post for the first time.

Okay. I apologize I've missed most of D1; I may have forgot I signed up for this 
Inactivity certainly benefits scum, though given the mafia has no kill tonight it may not be beneficial to risk an inactivity lynch. Kevin made note that it would not end the game, but based on his following indicator that if there is not a majority it would be no-lynch would mean there's still no way for town to secure a lynch tomorrow on D2 with 4 alive? I think that makes the choice rather clear for today.

The differance between IRON and some rag tag alliance is the fact that we will fight with no reguard to our own nations. Putting the greater good of the whole before ourselves. Victory for all or they will have to fight us to the last point of infa in the last IRON nation. Every so often someone(s) will come around and exemplifie this. Living up to the IRON Values.
