The problem with Kevin claiming so early (in my opinion) is town might think he's scum taking advantage of the possibility of there being no cop so there'd be nobody to counter claim so somebody might have voted for him anyways. Should he have done it eventually, probably. But not right from the get go. But I do agree how their should have been more talking before such a vote was made on a lynch or lose day.

It's a possibility. But in my experience, people are hesitent to vote on a potential cop. And it would require EM or I to trash his roleclaim which would indicate we were scum. At the very least...it would have led to more discussion.

I would have role-claimed eventually. I wanted EM to reply to my questions to see if he would have dug himself into a hole. I didn't consider that I'd get a vote so early.
This was fun and fast. I think the town has to lynch the first day and then if wrong it's lynch or lose the second day.
