I put you in a cryogenic freezer for thousands of years until, finally, the human race develops a way to open the freezer without making the surrounding area extremely cold for years after they open it. When they finally open it, the world has been polluted to the point where all humans have to wear a permanent air filtration system. OF course, you don't have this filtration system, and it takes hours to apply, so you suffocate in the almost purely carbon dioxide environment.
