I work in a warehouse, and I've seen some pretty stupid forklift tricks... I've seen somebody back a forklift out an open dock door by mistake... (he lived, with only some bruising) I've seen people run propane powered lifts in a rental warehouse and decide to close the doors and cut off the fans because it was cold... (two of them were hospitalized with CO poisoning) I've seen the usual run of smashing lifts into walls, posts, racks, and other equipment... ... but nothing like that. *shudder*
