It depends a lot on your state laws. If you have no disciplinary record with the company you can fight it, and probably win. If there is documentation for just about any issue than it will be an uphill battle. Regardless of the laws, I avoid Facebook and work mixing as much as possible.

Do you believe the claims that there were no outside ties? A few "coincidences" that happened. The older brother leaves the country, goes to Chechnya and possibly Russia, comes back with more radical ideas. Then makes more trips to that area. Was flagged by Russia as having developed more radical ideals. Then there is the whole issue with Obama and the Saudi who was proclaimed innocent and immediately rushed out of the country before the FBI or local law enforcement could talk to him. I am not a big conspiracy person, but when our government is acting this way it is hard to take things at face value.
