Been playing since day 40, when the game was still on beta and the server time was GMT... good old days. I'm there under the same name.

I've played Civ II, III, IV and Sim City 3000 and 4, so my opinion is unbiased Although I like both games, I prefer Civ. On one you have to raise a city, on the other you have to raise an empire, the difference is that you aren't alone on one of them. PA, nope, there is no regicide, but maybe someone already did a mod to add it. Tobias, yes, when you join multiplayer you'll be able to play with those who have the same expansion as you. We use the Beyond the Sword expansion as it's the latest and the only one that works on vista. When you get it don't forget to download the official 3.19 patch for it, it's obligatory for multiplayer games.

Ignore him, play with us . All out games start from ancient age, normal speed, simultaneous turns and are just for fun.

PA, you are doing it wrong. Try to do a match with us, we get it rolling in less than 5 minutes :3 Mole, that's the one, it even contains the expansions we use (Beyond the Sword is a must for Vista users, otherwise the game won't run).

Civ4 - (with so many players we should really do a massive match) Touhou - (if you have PFV we can do multiplayer :V) Airfix Dogfighter - (RC planes flying inside home shooting each other or breaking stuff, quite fun on multiplayer) Mahjong - (the one for 4 players, not the one where you need to pick up pairs >_>) Others that I haven't played in a while: C&C Red Alert 3 SimCity4 Galactic Civilizations 2 Age of Empires II Age of Mythology I might get TF2 if we start doing matches. But srsly, we really need a massive Civ4 match.
