Well, I'm voting for Tobias Greene. He's the only one that didn't vote for EM. Vote Tobias Greene

Unless CD, KevinH, Aquinas changed their vote seeing that EM was damned anyway to cover their tracks. Who changed their vote at the last second again?

I was starting to think it was Falzis trying to misguide us, but now it turns out he was telling the truth. I don't think CanucksDynasty, KevinH, or Aquinas would have voted against the cylon (they know who each other are, right?). Tobias Greene is the only one who didn't vote for EM. I'm pretty sure that must mean it's him.

Can we narrow our mods down to just one? It's very distracting having two.

Ahh, I'm a couple hours late. Can I still play?

I'll make mine official over here too. I vote Aquinas.

Hmm, and that statement draws attention from you. Interesting.

No fixing typos and no having fun. Got it.

Being the one that found the body, I would like to accuse Aquinas citing the precedent: "He who smelt it, dealt it."

Me!

These are some just for fun sigs I posted up here a while ago. If you want anything done, I'll give it a shot. Just a fair warning that I haven't really produced much that anyone's cared for yet. Also you can feel free to ask for something and I won't be hurt if you don't like it or use it. The sick figure magic can be hit or miss. http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/054ef1Alpha.jpg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/e4b871Delta.jpg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/1a6a2eEcho.jpg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/2465eeFoxtrot.jpg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/3e8c0bGamma.jpg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/583c53Hades.jpg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/9c7916Justice.jpg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/6375d7Kilo.jpg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/9f61caBeersquad.jpg - Concept credit to Bastille Hades http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/661310Radar.jpg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/ad5e1bRecruiter.jpg http://lankyland.com/hosting/image/739.jpeg http://lankyland.com/hosting/image/740.jpeg http://lankyland.com/hosting/image/741.jpeg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/f23ef7Nuke1.jpg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/372f03Nuke5.jpg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/7644b2Nuke10.jpg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/4833c2Nuke25.jpg http://lankyland.com/hosting/image/918.jpeg http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/23e0a8Anarchy.jpg http://lankyland.com/hosting/image/748.jpeg http://lankyland.com/hosting/image/747.jpeg http://lankyland.com/hosting/image/753.jpeg http://lankyland.com/hosting/image/737.jpeg - Sig Battle #1 Submission (7th of 7) http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/1e66eaIRONSTEAM.jpg - http://steamcommunity.com/groups/IRONCN (Join now!) http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/e14f55LIMIT3.jpg - Karma War Fire Team LIMIT (PrideAssassin, Blaskowicz, ScoutX) http://forum.lankyland.com/hosting/f1a5b4RockEmSockEmRobots.jpg - TPF "War" Fire Team Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots (Blaskowicz, sojourner, ScoutX) http://old.forum.lankyland.com/hosting/8a9376CookieAlliance.jpg - All hail!

Crappy rain turned into crappier snow around noon in Minnesota today.

Crap. Now I'm going to have to buy CivIV.

I noticed that. I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing differently from my earlier banners. Yeah, I'll play with colors too. - PA, Logitec sells a Playstation/Xbox type controller for the PC for about $30. It might take some tinkering to get it to work correctly, but seems like a viable alternative to WASD.

EchoAlpha, I made you a banner. I'm all in favor of changing it if you have any suggestions. http://forum.lankyland.com/hosting/628dd7IRONSTEAM.jpg

Just joined http://steamcommunity.com/groups/IRONCN. Awesome idea EchoAlpha. I haven't had much luck with the Sniper yet. Though, for a while I'd only play Heavy and Scout and I have finally been branching out a lot from that. Someday I'll be able to play any of them.

I really wanted to play Portal so I bought the Orange Box. It came with TF2 which I tried out, but it had way too steep of a learning curve for me, so I left it alone. Then I pulled it back out a month ago or so for some reason and I've been playing a couple times a week now. Good times once you get the hang of it.

A Snickers bar. Coin.

Haha. Can you imagine some 17 year old dude showing up on your doorstep trying to sell you cookies? We never did popcorn. Our biggest fundraiser was Christmas wreaths and garlands. My dad was the scoutmaster and we had a huge pole barn in our back yard, so my brother and I would haul ungodly numbers of boxes down there every winter, and then haul them back up as kids came to get their orders. Also, to this day my dad runs a pair of 100' garlands along the fence in front of his house. Every spring we have a massive bonfire. Let me tell you a little something about 200' of dried evergreen on a roaring fire: Not approved by the Boy Scout Handbook. http://forum.lankyland.com/hosting/fae83901.jpg http://forum.lankyland.com/hosting/7276fb02.jpg http://forum.lankyland.com/hosting/699b0b03.jpg

My brother held a similar position at his camp. Worked there for five years and ran the place for the last three. I think he was just trying to show me up. I would argue that Philmont is a much bigger experience than Boundry Waters. However, I grew up on the water and can drive home and go canoeing after work if I wanted to, but I have to leave the state to find a real mountain. So I guess it comes down to a perspective thing.

Philmont Ranger would be awesome. I worked at our week long summer camp for a few years. It was a pretty big commitment at that age, but it might be one of the best experiences of my life. We used to have the oldest group of kids go on a high adventure trip every year (Boundary Waters as it's only a 4ish hour drive) and the younger kids would go do a different camping trip at the same time. It let the older guys get that experience and at the same time, the middle kids get an early crack at being the oldest kids in the group for a bit.

I loved Philmont. emperor, check to see if your district or council ever sets up high adventure trips. My troop didn't do a ton of high adventure until later on, so I did a lot of my high adventure trips though my council. On top of the great trip, you get to meet a bunch of great guys you'd never meet if you just do stuff within your troop. I'm still in touch with about half of the guys I went to Philmont with.

Yeah, my experience is that it varies a lot from group to group. That was one of my biggest surprises when I worked as a counselor and saw all kinds of different troops come through. I think it's all about finding the right fit. The program has the potential to offer a lot for kids, but you have to find a group that's offering what you're looking for.

I personally had an amazing experience in Boy Scouts. However, that had a lot to do with my troop and the council. As our council slowly brought their policies more and more in line with National's I was less impressed.
