Riptide

Yo, me too, please

I guess this is referring to the 'Jack Ryan' series in Amazon...over all, it's watchable and it can be entertaining if you don't over analyzed it. Tom Clancy is one of my favorite author and I have read and seen all movies based on his novels, my favorite is 'Without Remorse'. There were so many holes in the story and for some reason they changed most of the background of the main characters...such as making Jim Greer as a Muslim. Amazon is trying to be too politically correct and portraying America as the bad guy and the terrorist as a product of America war mongering government. The production values are very good but the writing and the story telling is anything but... I give it a 2 out of 5 stars, it's okay to let it run in the background if you don't have anything to watch while playing game on your computer or laptop.

hmm....I can pull the chair and make many more sons... Seriously, total resistance is the only viable option here even if it means getting killed in the process. I would gladly give my life for any of my children. I truly understand the saying, "I would die for you", the day I held my first child in my arms and the siblings that follow him.

I'm a firm believer of always help a person in needs... A few days ago, this lady shows up at my door and said, "Please help, I haven't have a bite in days." So being the good samaritan that I am, I promptly bit her without hesitation.

MDC - Maroon Defense Coalition

Just downloaded the two available DLC's last night, got it for free since I had the season pass. Will try it out this weekend and let y'all know. I've already play through it 4 times, each time siding with different faction....it's kind of suck that one or two other factions has to go, would've been great if we could all live in 'harmony' with me being the supreme chancellor....

Just want to let y'all know that I finally made to Ankara last month, been very busy as you may have guessed, practically hit the ground running. Looks like things are not letting up around here either. Can't wait to get my household goods, was told they would not be here until late April and for now I have to use my cell phone to do this. Hopefully, there will be some bones left for me to mop up with our current 'conflict'. Enjoy the fight and if needs be, please contact me in-game if I could be of any assistance.

It's official, received my marching order today and I will most likely be in Ankara by mid-Jan 2016. So much to do, got to sell my house here in San Diego and practically jump through a very small loop to get everything done ad be there by then. They want me there by no later than January 18, 2016....it's going to be a very busy two months for me. Totally looking forward to it and ready to start the new year in a new surrounding...

I've been to Istanbul several times also...don't really have any particular question right now but was just wondering if any of our members are from there. My tour of duty would be 3 years there so I am looking forward to it.

Yeah, I was hoping to return to Asia but I guess it was not meant to be...I put in bids for several jobs all over the places...I had applied for Jakarta, Indonesia; Rangoon, Burma; Ankara, Turkey; London, England and the Hague, Netherlands... Interviewed for all and landed Ankara, my wife prefer to be in Asia though but it makes no different to me as long as it's oversea...can't wait to get to Ankara....

Just got a job offer for Ankara, Turkey and I accepted it...looks like I'll be moving in August - September time frame. I've been to Ankara several time on temporary duty so I know a little bit about the place. Any member from there or are currently residing in Turkey? Just wondering.

I can't possibly list everything I have watched, it would get absurdly long. I forgot Hell on Wheels. Kinda bad because it's my current avatar lol. I tried Marco Polo but it didn't hook me. Da Vinci's Demons I've seen the whole thing so far, but I'm not much of a fan. Borgia, the one you are talking about is awesome. Once you get past the problem with accents... the Borgia family all speak with like 4 different accents... it's a brutal telling about the Vatican during an amazing time. Pillars started out strong but ended weak. I thought World Without End was better. Yep, same here, I just list what comes to mind right now...I also watched a lot of Chinese, Japanese & Korean TV series dubbed in Thai since I can speak Thai & Lao fluently...

Pretty much the same as the list above...And for those that like historical or time period, I would like to add... Marco Polo Da Vinci's Demons Borgia (the one in Netflix, not the one by Showtime) The Pillars of the Earth...then...World without end (which pick up 200 years later from the pillars of the earth) I am currently watching... The Americans Orphan Black Wentworth Flash And a few others.... Other shows worth mentioning (that are not on the list above) are.... Being Human (US vesion) Orange is the new black Hell on Wheels The L word True Blood Deadwood Heroes Band of Brothers The Pacific And you can't go wrong with Game of Throne or Rome, they both are good shows... Oh yeah, can't wait to marathon the new Dare Devil series coming out on Netflix tomorrow...

How Young is his wife... How High is his brother... How Hung is his father... And How Low is his mother... Also, How Dumb is his sister...
