  1. This is a strange reply. Would you rather he not respond and lurk? =mandarjn a possible scum then? Everyone is a potential scum at this point! I am keeping my mind open for possible options. Its a very strange statement because you basically want everyone to post more. The more people post the easier it is to find out if they are lying/ trying to cover up stuff/ trying to backtrack or of course catch them making contradictory statements. This is why scums will normally try to lay low and post as little as possible or make single sentence wild accusations/ votes before slinking back in the shadows again. So I do not think walls of texts are scum behavior. However there are exceptions of course. Preston used to post walls of texts and he was scum in a game I played. Samus himself is bragging how he had led the town discussions and lynches in his previous game while being a scum. So exceptions are possible but I would say the majority of scum will try to post a lot less. However, I am starting to wonder if Samus and Mandarijn are working as a team or not. I need to go back on D1 and examine their posts again.

  3. Lurker Watch! *ALERT* ALERT* ALERT* Yehom Last Active on Forums -> Today Last Post on this Thread -> 27 January 2016 Perez Last Active on Forums -> Yesterday Last Post on this Thread -> 29 January 2016 Lyner Last Active on Forums -> Yesterday Last Post on this Thread -> 28 January 2016
  4. Interesting accusations against TW. I would normally put down the flip flopping on D1 as an inexperienced players actions playing the game for the first time. However, Samus has a point about him targeting Robert. Still this is his first game so we need to take that into account. I would be interested to hear more clarification from TW whether that post was trying to set up robert as a potential lynch candidate and if so, why he thinks Robert should be lynched. I am also still interested to hear from the "lurkers". Kaz is inactive. I would rather we get a replacement for him that lynch him. MOD do we have any replacements available? As for the others, they have been on the forum and not posting much, just "lurking". These are more suspicious to me. Going by kevin's post count, the least 5 active are: Electric Mango 17 Rafay 13 Perez 13 Yehom 10 Lyner 8 Kaziocore 7 (replacement possible?) These guys need to post more and weigh in on who they think are scum. I dont want the townies bickering against each other while the scums lurk around.
  5. Interesting flurry of votes on the TW. Kinda like what we saw on the iSocialism wagon. Such quick changes of stance on the lynch target gets my spidy senses tingling....and not in a good way. Can you guys explain the reason for the TW vote instead of just..."he looks scummy!"
  6. I doubt that either iSoc and Rusken are townies. Rusken was on the lynch wagon for FF but as I have pointed out before I feel that was a pro-town lynch. On the other hand iSoc has been pretty active and has given his reasons for why he thinks Rusken may be scummy. So to me it feels like two townies bickering against one another while the real scum hold back and lurk around. However, I pushed for a lynch of the inactive on D1 and as a result ended up in the short-list for scum category. It seems like some ppl still feel that inactives and lurkers should not be lynched with extreme prejudice. So I am wait and see who the rest of the players thinks deserves to be lynched as there are no info from last night coming to light. If I had my way I would lynch the most inactive player on D2 as well but I am not gonna push for it unless others agree with my views as well. edit: oops..i meant I doubt that either iSoc and Rusken are townies scum.
  7. @iSocialism: so you think Rusken is scum based on a hunch or something about his posts that you found scummy? @Robert: are you still voting to put "pressure" on people or do you really think Lyner is suspicious?
  8. Agreed with this list. I would also add EM and Yehom here as not posting any substantive analysis. I encourage the above to post their thoughts on who the scum maybe. Also iSoc please explain your vote for Rusken.
  9. I have a question. For those who are shortlisting the 5 who voted to lynch Fox Fire...do all of you think that lynching on Day 1 is a bad idea? Do you think we should have gone No Lynch on Day 1 and allowed the extremely inactive Fox Fire ti stay on this game? Because I see only Mandarijn who did not vote for a lynch on Day 1. Everyone else did so. There was even a wagon which went up to 3 votes. If we did not lynch anyone on Day 1 we will have no info on this day. There would have been another day full of spam posts with nothing to discuss. So lynching the inactive on Day 1 is probably the most townie thing we did. I am not saying there are no scum on the wagon which lynched Fox Fire but if the scum is smart they would have stayed off the wagon and lurked around with some random vote. These are the people (apart from Robert) who neither said "Dont Lynch on Day 1!" nor did they participate in lynching the inactive. It seems like they wanted to vote a random person to show that they are participating, while being careful to stay off the wagon that results in a lynch. They knew Fox Fire will turn up townie and did not want to be one of those who lynched a scum. I find this group to be more suspicious than the ones who voted to lynch off the inactive. So apart from Mandarijn and Robert (although his moves were suspicious) all of you wanted a lynch on D1. So I dont see why the scum should not be in this group rather than in the one which actually brought about a result on D1 which we can discuss on D2.
  10. I want to hear from Sumas, Kazio, Yehom and Perez before I vote for someone.
  11. I had said just as much as you. But there are indeed people who haven't spoken since the new day started, like TW, Yehom, Samus and Kaziocore... Perez has not posted as well in addition to those 4. We need to watch the lurkers.
  12. Good job on the night actions whoever it was. As there were no kills we know: 1. The kill was blocked. or 2. The scum's kill target was protected by a doc. Either way, seems like we managed to thwart the scum, as I am pretty sure the scum were not inactive to have sent in a kill. Will be interesting to see how this day turns out. It really sucks that we lost the cop on Day 1. However, Fox Fire was extremely inactive and we had no replacement lined up. Even if we did not lynch him, I doubt he would have used his night action and his power would not have been used anyway. So I stand by my lynch vote for him. At that time he was the best lynch candidate and we at least know something (even though it may mean I am on the scum suspects list for some people). It gives us something to go on for this day. But I would be more suspicious of those who were careful to not jump on a townie wagon as well. The scum would have known Fox Fire was townie and therefore would have refused to take any stance on the Fox Fire lynch (neither saying yes or no) or be sitting on the fence. This is a good point as well. Interesting that there are no SKs with so many players. But I did say that a Vig is more likely than a SK bc of the theme of the game. And it may be that the Vig did not decide to use his action for this night.
  13. So you are saying you are voting for someone but dont think they are scum or that they should be lynched. Thats neither here or there. Say you start a lynching wagon on someone or ass to the wagon and then when a wagon develops you simply jump off and if the lynched guy turns out to be a townie, you claim on Day 2 ..."hey I said I didnt want to lynch him! My vote was just because!" See I find that pretty suspicious. Its neither here or there. If you dont want to lynch anyone on Day 1 why are you voting to lynch people.
  14. For someone who is strongly advocating a No Lynch policy, you sure do like to vote to lynch a lot. Following your logic, (i) either lynch no one and we go to day 2 with 0 info or (ii) lynch someone who you think is scum. So I guess in this case you think Yehom is scum and are voting for him, which actually contradicts your No Lynch policy. I am confused. FOS: Robert
  15. Fox Fire is around..just not posting here -> Last active today at 8 AM. So, he is simply ignoring (or forgot) about the game. These kinds of players are very bad for the town (if he is indeed town). It is almost impossible to find their stances on others so it cant be read whether they are town or scum or they are too inactive to participate actively in hunting down and lynching the scum. Also scums are more likely to post very less (they typically will sit on the fence or lurk a lot) because they dont want to say something that will reveal themselves as scum. So unless fox fire reappears quick, he should be lynched today.
  16. He is no longer in IRON and hasnt applied for a diplo mask as far as I know.
  17. good point. Seems like he is trying to keep a low profile. Unvote Vote: Fox Fire I would rather vote for someone who is inactive while having access here over someone who cant even see the forum.
  18. OH MY GOD YOU SUCK Scum move by Kazio? Why?Why the vote on imran? why the defense of Imran? Why the vague response in the form of a question? Everyone building a quote pyramid above are scum?
  19. We should hold off on lynching CS until we know what his situation is. Whether he will continue playing as a Diplo. Or also whether a replacement cant be arranged if not. It seems like Finster wanted to play.
