Airports are important..specially international airports. They are the lifelines to a country's economy. You blow out one it hugely affects the country's economy.

It was before the security, at the check-in/entrance. Thats not good enough. In my country you cant even get to the check-in counters before passing through a couple of layers of security. No one who doesnt have a valid ticket isnt even allowed in the departure terminal. The days of lax security is over I am afraid and you guys need to catch up fast to the dangerous world this has become. And I do agree with ccabal (even though he likes to lump all muslims with the terrorists). We have dealt with these extremists in our country too and nothing but a heavy hand will deter them even though it may piss off some people. Our government has a simple strategy of shoot them as they are caught and the few that make it t trial are hung. In our specific case, the extremism started through thousands of Saudi funded religious schools set up in the country which pretty much ran with absolute no monitoring and completely funded by the Arabs. The new Govt started strict monitoring of these schools and blocked all arab funding coming in. It worked.

An airport is supposed to have very high levels of security. It seems like the blasts were actually inside the terminal so they managed to get inside the airport bypassing the security. Pretty lax security measures were in place it seems or they had airport personnel who helped them to get in.

I have signed up. I am now open for recruitment. So far I have got a good recruitment message from the Black Knights. Although I didnt understand half of what it said. But looking forward to others.

@Kevin - I am curious why you put a Neapolitan in the game as all the townies had power roles. Samus was VT at first but since he was backup, any townie lynched on D1 would mean he will not be a VT by N1. Also why put the BP modifier on him? Was it decided randomly?

I doubt this much mafia strategising goes on in other mafia games. It really depends on who the scum are, everyone has their own way of thinking. In this case all of us... me, TW and later shah were nitpicking details and scenarios bc thats what we do best but in usual games i doubt this much thought goes into who to kill and how to respond to events. The mafia encryptor (that is day talk) is also not usual for normal mafia games so scum dont have this much time to strategise and coordinate actions (i personally think its great and all games should have this option for the scum).

Yeah we had no way of knowing whether a town Role Cop or a town Commuter will suddenly show up. But the townies also helped in this because all you guys were revealing role left and right while having almost no useful info to share. It helped us come up with roles that will be believable, although at points we were thinking Mand may be a commuter or a role cop. Point to note, dont reveal your oles too early. It just helps the scum..lol. I think the experienced players played it well..Lyner, iSocialism revealed their role pretty late but a lot of others just came out and informed everyone what abilities they have, making it easier for us to plan our actions at night.

I started getting the Forbidden thingy also halfway through the game. I used a proxy server afterwards. Safe role claims were not given. Just safe names. We made up the roles.

We missed it too but if we didnt use the Strong Man kill the kill wouldnt have gone through because of Rafay's role stopper ability. We failed killing him on N1 bc of that too. The role stopper is the only action that is not stopped by the ascetic modifier. But we also fed a lot of misinformation in the game which resulted in the townies not catching up, like we knew that a Role Stopper can stop kills but we fed the info that he cant so Rafay was lynched. We also threw a lot of strange theories out there like the odd/even mafia groups, the serial killer, the scum with the townie role powers...lol

Nice summary. To add a few points of my own. I thought Samus missed a trick there revealing his role early without confirming at least one of us as scum. We had EM's strong man ability which cut though all protections that he attracted. He probably saved Lyner from the D2 lynch though but in hindsight that didnt help the town win the game as none of our targets were saved by him. Mand also missed a trick by not revealing why he thought TW was scum. He pretty much confirmed him as scum N1 but still went on to vote others for lynch instead of revealing that he knew by his actions that TW was scum. Also Kevin is right that town really should have picked up that Mand knew TW is scum after Perez revealed that Mand had visited TW on N2 coupled with his role. We really talked out of that by getting Perez lynched instead of letting others believe him. We were really worried that Lyner may be BP so we did not target him on N4 or the game would have been over early, Perez's reveal was really damaging for us. He confirmed ccabal, Lyner and Yehom's role as well as his own which also revealing Mand had visited TW on N2. We started a lot of discussions in different tangents and a lot of fluff to make sure townies dont analyze his results too closely. iSoc did analyze them later but he did not have enough support and couldnt make good arguments to sway the townies to his side as well. Townies were held back by the inactives specially of ccabal and Rafay who did not defend themselves when we pushed for their lynches. The mafia encryptor ability was awesome. Me, TW and Shah strategised a lot during the game and probably posted more in our mafia thread then in this thread to get our strategies right to win the game. By the way we discussed a lot on how to confuse you guys a lot and how to make sure you dont all gang up on us by targetting one or the other as lynch targets while supporting others. So Yehom/Finster..dont feel too bad. We strategised a lot to confuse you guys...

Would be nice to see the night actions. Make it happen kevin. This was really fun for us...so good game. I was running out of theories (lies) to post towards the end there. iSocialism, you were on to us but just not close enough. Perez was onto us as well before everyone else I think, but it was too easy to get him lynched as well

Well we can reduce D1 a lot I think. There is nothting to discuss and its mostly spam and ppl start going inactive. So maybe 1 week for D1 and then from D2 onwards half the no of days that there are players left. So if there is no lynch on D1 and 1 killed at night, there are 24 players left which means D2 will be 12 days. Towards the end you can limit it a minimum of 5 days regardless of the number of players left. or a flat 7 days for each day and 2 days for each night also works too, with days having potential of being extended by 2 days by mod if requested by playing members.

Can we have the days short? With 25 players we need short days or the game will run forever.

I actually did protect Lyner, so he got that right Also I would like to point out that I've asked Kevin before and protection doesn't chain like I've said before. I'm cannon fodder and mafia won't be stupid enough to target someone in this chain of protection next night I hope for their sake, they're not stupid enough to kill directly if that happened. What I think is more plausible is that they went after Imran who was under the direct protection of Lyner Fair enough. I also like Lyner's suggestion that protective roles repeat what they did last night since that worked. But Lyner should not definitely say who he will protect at night otherwise scum will work around that strategy. Agreed also with Lyner and TWs shortlist of scum. I would prefer lynching Ccabal or EM today with FB as 3rd choice. With Lyner confirming he protected EM on N1 when there were no kills ccabal will probably be the safer option, but i wont be surprised if both are scum.

@iSocialism - i got no result from the mod that referred to "X" when i was given the investigation results for last night. @Shah - interesting claims. a couple of questions. 1. Did you see anyone use their action on Lyner N3? 2. what made you think yehom will protect Lyner last night? i guess what i am trying to ask is why not try to protect the doc directly?

well iSocialisms bedroom party analogu and deductions completely went over my head. i am not sure what he is even trying to say. @Shah - if I dont see a full reveal of your actions within the next 24 hrs my vote will be on you. At this stage of the game there is no reason why a townie should be hiding his actions specially as he has already revealed his role.

hah...I doubt I would have been posting this much if I was scum. But to get to the point, Lyner your action on EM on N1 does indeed point him to being town. We have not seen any other protective roles apart from you and Yehom. And as Yehom is a body guard he would have died himself if he saved someone. Plus he claimed to not have used any action on N1. That leaves only your prtective action on N1 or TW having used his commuter ability on N1. Has TW told us if he used it on N1 or not? I cant remember. If not, it probably clears EM but if TW used it then we dont know for sure yet. We also need to know if Shah has any protective ability as JOAT (if he really is one) or whether he used it on N1. Shah needs to reveal his actions. Not doing so will only harm the town. One more thing. After my last post, I was thinking about Finster's role and Shah accusing him of scum. I looked it up on wiki and according to that: The Follower is an informative role that can target a player at Night and learn what form of action they took that Night (investigation, protection, killing, etc), but not who they targeted. So the follower actually is a pretty powerful role. He is almost like a Role Cop because he will directly know what action someone did at night. This raises some questions for me. 1. So if FBs role claim is correct we basically have two role cops for the town. How valid is that in a game setup perspective? 2. His may indeed be a follower but it is also equally possible that he is a scum Follower. HE works for the scum in pretty much the way I work for the town. 3. Even though it is such a powerful role he has basically come up with Zero information for the town to use. He could have used it on anybody and could have confirmed whether what their claimed role is correct or not. For example he could have targtted iSocialism and found out he has used a Neapolitan role, he could have targetted me and have seen me use a Role Cop ability. But he happened to target 2 roles who had no actions in the night? out of all the townies we have that are regularly using their actions? He couldnt confirm a single one? Is that too much of a coincidence?

wow..lots of activity finally. OK a few things to say. 1. Yehom, your plan sounds good but I have a few concerns. Firstly my role only allows me to confirm someones power role. It does not say whether they are townie or scum. So I know TW and iSoc's claimed power roles are correct but I cant be sure whether they are scum having power roles. TW has commuter role and it wont make sense for a scum to have it so you can say he is confirmed town. But iSoc has neapolitan which is a role which is extremely useless for town to have but useful for scum to have. So in terms of my results from the night I would say TW is town but iSocialism is not confirmed town. 2. iSocialism - You claim of me being a Godfather is just....strange. Do you have any theories that support that or just throwing it out there? Godfather is a power role by itself. I cant be a role cop and a god father at the same time. I confirmed both Rafay and TWs role before they had revealed it and we know Rafay is confirmed town and TW is almost confirmed town as well. Me being Godfather makes no sense whatsoever. You can claim that I am a scum Role cop I guess but that still wont make sense provided that I have revealed information that wont be know to others normally. If I was scum I would not help the town scum hunt by providing new information. 3. Finster - I understand your frustration but you had two uses of the night action and you have turned up with 0 info. You confirmed TW did not make any kill on N2 and confirmed EM did not make any kill on N4. So you are either covering for them by saying that they made no kills or you infact do not have the follower role that you claimed. I agree with Yehom that your role needs to be confirmed. But I wont say that I will definitely investigate you tonight because I dont want the scum to know what my night action will. As I see it its equally important that I find out what role EM has and confirm whether Shah is lying about JOAT or not. But you are definitely on my suspicious list. 4. iSocialism your last post makes sense and is logical. But you are forgetting (or ignoring?) the fact that scum probably has power roles as well. ccabal may well been watching me but that does not confirm him being town. Yesterday I also had suspicions that a scum ccabal would actually be interested to Watch me because they knew that in all likelihood the doc will protect me. They wanted to find out who the doc was. ccabal had no answer to that theory that I posted. So according to your theory you actually had more of a chance to perform one of the night kills. So I am not sure what your point is with that.
