It's incredible... everyone is smiling now. What happened?

The elusive Glass Ceiling has been shattered... Kamala Harris has become the first woman in history to certify her own election loss.

I get it now... the USA is a Republic, but we can feel like it's a Democracy whenever we want. Example: An idiot Democrat Senator somehow manages to get a national vote to ban gun ownership in the USA. It won't really happen, but let's feel like it can. The vote comes in and it's a crushing defeat for gun ownership... a supermajority of 65% to 35%. Idiot Democrats all across the country start doing the Trump dance in the streets. Then they find out it takes a constitutional amendment ratified by three fourths of the states... that's 38 out of 50. The very next day, gun sales skyrocket and another 3 million AR15's are resting in gun cases... mostly in red states of course. It's not a Democracy.

Regarding the unlawful Trump convictions, we'll just have to wait and see what happens. I'll just keep living in my Republic and you can sit over there in Europe and call us a Democracy. It's okay with me.

They created crimes and prosecuted them in a courtroom full of Democrat Trump haters in New York City. The real jury verdict was announced by us on November 5th... and we said he is innocent. The appellant court will follow, and Matt Gaetz will make sure it never happens again to anyone. The future will be amazing. Democracy is simply "Majority Rules". We like to call it "Mob Rules", and it's not how we do things here. Majority voting is how we decide many issues, but it's not the final outcome. There are many guardrails and barriers that cannot be infringed... we call it the Constitution, and there are many of them. Every State has their own, and they are all different. What is illegal in one state can be legal a few feet away in another state. The USA is a Republic... it doesn't matter if 50 million people in California vote for Kamala Harris. It will not make her President. Anyone that calls the USA a Democracy is either woefully uninformed, or attempting to change our form of government.

On an even higher note... my nemesis Alejandro Mayorkas will finally be fired and replaced by the most wonderful Kristi Noem as the new US Secretary of Homeland Security. Her first action should be to ban the "Quiet Skies" political harassment program. I feel much better knowing Kristi will be caring for the USA.

Back in 2017, Trump went through hell to get his administration off the ground. This was due to Chucky Shumer dragging everything out for months because he didn't like Trump. Lesson learned. This time he has a Senate that will allow him to make recess appointments. Trump has been busy... Little Marco Rubio will be Secretary of State. Tom Homan will direct the border crisis. Susie Wiles will be Chief of Staff. Stephen Miller will be Deputy Chief of Staff on Policy. Elise Stefanick will be Ambassador to the United Nations. Looks like Kash Patel will take over the CIA or the FBI. And a drum roll.......... Lee Zeldin will be the Administrator of the Enviornmental Protection Agency!!! BOOM! Things are happening already. Vermont! How very cool. I have never known anyone from Vermont, nor have I ever been there, but I hear it's beautiful. Our most beautiful places tend to get overrun with Democrats. I know Bernie loves to call himself an Independant, but it's really because he's more left than most Democrats. Nice to get a chance to talk to him, but he only wants to create new ways to steal our money. Looking forward to repairing a lot of damage, but we never seem to get very far. We need Rick Scott as Majority Leader in the Senate... Cornyn or Thune are not on board with the Trump agenda, and it will just be a young version of Mitch all over again. The only reason for all of this "Lawfare" against Trump was to destroy his ability to be elected for a second term. They created a crime and shouted accusations to a room full of people that wanted to believe it. They all know it's all gone after appeal, but that would take a couple of years. The plan was to campaign against the "convicted criminal", and hope the people believe it until November 5th, and not vote for him. It didn't work... they failed, and it's all over now. Now they will all run scared. It's what they're all really afraid of. You didn't really believe that "threat to democracy" and abortion bullshit, did you? They're all going to lose their jobs now. The entire DOJ, the entire leadership of the FBI, the entire leadership of the CIA, the EPA will probably be dissolved sometime after it's moved out of Washington DC to remove it out of reach of lobbyists... Elon Musk and Ron Paul will be working together to drain the swamp and "cut the fat". Musk quoted at a rally... "The future will be... AMAZING!" I was gone for a few days, so I quoted old numbers... Harris has about 71 million votes now... still 10 million Biden voters from 2020 miraculously didn't vote in "the most important election in history". You somehow still believe that total votes... or as the uneducated like to call it... the "Popular Vote" means something. It doesn't. The USA is not a Democracy... it's a Constitutional Republic. I care who gets the most votes in Nevada. That's my concern... and we won this time.

I have returned, and I'll do my best to entertain those that care. It would not be fair for me to say that the next several years are none of your concern... because things that happen here will affect you... greatly. All of Europe will be affected. I'm truly sorry if it's not what you want to happen, but we must do what benefits us for the foreseeable future. How much gets done... well that's the climb. The "enemies" you are referring to are all crawling away as we speak. All the "lawfare" that has been brought down on Trump, his business, and his children the last few years will be dropped, dismissed, quashed, reversed, dissolved, overruled, expunged, and forgotten. Joe Biden will pardon his son Hunter... or a deal will be made for Trump to pardon him. The case should have never been prosecuted. Hunter Biden should go to prison for selling influence and tax evasion... but claiming to not be a drug addict on a gun application is ridiculous. The case was only advanced to portray an illusion that the DOJ is not corrupt. We all know that it is. Trump will initiate mass deregulation. The USA will activate all energy production. Tariffs will be used to negotiate trade, generate revenue, and expand business within the USA. I hope to see the Federal Government reduced 50%. Power will be returned to the States. The borders will be secured. The wall will be built. Mass deportation will remove all who are not legal residents, and I don't care how anyone feels about it. Men will not participate in women's sports... that insanity will end. The wars will end as well. I would like to see a balanced budget and the death of our national debt. I would like to see taxation taken away from income and the Internal Revenue Service and replaced with a consumption tax system. Money should not be taxed when earned, acquired, or invested... it should be taxed when it is spent. "Tax Returns" are really stupid... especially when the nation is 35 trillion in debt. Much of this is a wish list that will never happen, mainly because of a lack of courage. If it's not done, I fear the worst. There is much more I would like to see happen. I have no idea what Koback is... but if you want to talk about voter fraud... In 2020, Trump received over 74 million votes... more votes than anyone... ever. But Biden somehow received an unbelievable 81 million votes... much more than Trump, and even much more than Obama. 2024 Trump is currently just over the same as he did in 2020... but Harris has the above average of 66 million. Are we all supposed to believe in this election that 15 million people just sat this one out? I don't think so.

Tomorrow begins the return of the greatest nation the world has ever known. The re-election of Donald J. Trump as the 47th President of the United States, the greatest political comeback in history, marks the beginning of his kept promise to the USA... to Make America Great Again. He will not wait to be sworn in. He doesn't know how to take days off. He doesn't know how to fail. When something goes wrong, he turns it into a win. This time he has four years to change everything, the ability to multi-task, nothing to stop him, no fear, and a mandate from the people to do so. Democrat leadership, including their mentor Barack Obama, forced Joe Biden to drop out... they threatened him with the 25th. This did not make Joe Biden happy at all. Barack Obama had a plan for an open convention where they would coronate Senator Mark Kelly as the nominee. Joe Biden gave them all the middle finger and endorsed Kamala Harris before they could do anything about it. Kamala Harris is a Bernie Sanders San Francisco "never done nothin" Socialist... and they all know she cannot win... At least not in a real election. With no other option, they have locked her down, scripted every word she utters, and unleashed their minions to destroy Trump. Harris will have her few weeks of honeymoon, but she will have to face the public soon. Everyone already knows she's a loon. They just need to see the trainwreck once... then I believe the voters will do what they always have done... reject Socialists. I think they want this nightmare to end. It would do a lot of damage that they really have no time to repair if they had an open convention. They made such a big deal out of Republicans fighting over Speaker of the House, and this has been much worse in a shorter period of time. Plus, there are states that require a named nominee before a specific date to be included on their ballot, and their convention is held after those deadlines... so they will have to name someone before the convention. They will declare for Harris... and hope. My guess is they will decide a running mate completely with someone that can best defend their policies in a debate with JD Vance, which would be a miracle in itself. Kamala Harris, like Hillary Clinton, just laughs when she's nervous or uncomfortable... which means during the debates with Donald Trump she will just be a hysterical mess.

Nevada is my state. The capitol city of Nevada is Carson City, but everyone knows the entire state is controlled by Las Vegas. Nevada has not been won by a Republican Presidential candidate since George W. Bush. Barrack Obama won the state in '08 after the Real Estate crash decimated the market, and with the help of Harry Reid, they expanded control of the labor unions and created an iron fist around the local government of Las Vegas. Corruption has been king ever since. The saving grace... we tend to elect Republican Governors. Four years of Steve Sisolak during the "pandemic" was the only Democrat in years that was forced on us. He ran Nevada like Gavin ran California, and he lost reelection. We lucked out. Mass voter fraud through mail-in ballots, early voting, and counting ballots up to 4 days after election day is why Trump did not take this state in 2020. This is all from Democrat control over our elections... and as far as I know... nothing has changed. I'm encouraged by the polling in Nevada, but even the years since Harry Reid blessed us with his death, his Senators remain, and his ghost haunts us still. I fear the corrupt Democrat controlled local government of Las Vegas will once again steal the electoral votes of this state.

From my understanding of the 25th Amendment, Biden's cabinet... including Kamala Harris would have to do that. An opposition party can't invoke the 25th. What can happen is majority vote in the House to Impeach, but we won't do that.

If Hunter's case was prosecuted under a "Special Council" that was NOT approved by the Senate... Yes, he would have an argument. I don't believe they would need a "Special Council" with Senate approval for a charge of lying on a government gun purchase form. For the record, I believe the conviction of Hunter Biden for declaring he is not a drug addict on a gun form to be a distraction. He should be prosecuted, convicted, and sent to prison for the rest of his life for managing his father's influence peddling business. Why would we do that?

The Biden campaign is denying his reported inevitable departure. I think the power brokers would not accept his plan, or maybe one of them read my last post about "sheer pandemonium" and decided to "think things through". So, I don't know what will happen... maybe no one does.

I would say that Mark Halperin is a pretty good reliable source of information. He says that Joe Biden will be dropping out this weekend... most likely Sunday. He will not resign the Presidency. He will not be endorsing Kamala Harris. The DNC Convention will be an open convention. Super Delegates will not be allowed to vote on the first ballot. Kamala Harris is vetting for possible running mates. This is... I guess... the plan. But these are Democrats, and like Russia Collusion, Impeachments, vaccine mandates, Hunter's laptop, Afghanistan, transitory inflation, immigration management, and assassination... things hardly ever work out as they plan. I predict... sheer pandemonium. They will probably throw up a sacrificial lamb and work on down ballot candidates because Republican down ballot candidates are widely underperforming... compared to Trump numbers. The last time we saw anything like this was Humphrey during the 1968 convention, but this is much worse. Again... Democrats never think things through.

The ultra-vaccinated Joe Biden says he now has Covid for the 3rd time. He was here in Vegas today, shuffling through a grocery store, sniffing on a little girl, and they just looked like a pack of zombies ripped right out of a scene from The Walking Dead. I don't believe it for a second. I told my wife days ago, that if he wants to survive this... he needs an excuse to hide until the convention and run out the clock. Now he has "Covid", and he has the perfect excuse to burn the next 2 weeks... and do nothing. We'll see if it works. On the other front, JD Vance addressed the RNC tonight, and brought the house down.

I have supported Marco since the Tea Party, but he's still a Senator. I just automatically gravitate to Governors when choosing a President. Senators can be smart, they can be charismatic, but really when the day is done, they just vote... they don't run anything. Senators are just horrible Presidents because they have never had executive experience combined with awesome responsibility. That's why I would have strongly supported DeSantis, Haley, or Youngkin. Trump wanted an attack dog that would destroy Kamala Harris... that's what he got.

It appears that Democrats have given up on replacing Joe Biden as their nominee since the failed Trump assassination. It looks like no one wants to burn their chance running against someone with such incredible luck. The classified documents case... the one the FBI shamefully raided Mar-a-Lago for... was thrown out today. Marrick Garland illegally appointed Jack Smith, and no one can remember where the 12 million dollars came from. And Obama wanted to make that guy a Supreme Court Justice. Dodged a bullet there. JD Vance will be Vice-President. I think when Donald lost an ear he just said "Screw it... I'm choosing who I want". He looked good tonight in Milwaukee... but he did look like he could use a good sleep.
