  1. Well that's sad man. I hope he's well. It's sad cuz there is no cure to addiction as most of them bring a conformational change to your brain receptors that can last forever so that's unfortunate. But some rehabilitation programs which focus on social re-integration have been successful as it is believed that isolated people are more affected by addiction than those socially indulging... Anyways prayers for your brother and for reducing your stress. Addiction doesn't work exactly like that. If you've ever been to a hospital and gotten an iv-drip of painkillers, it was probably an extremely pure form of heroin. Back in Vietnam everyone was worried the soldiers would come back addicted to morphine, but in the end a vast majority weren't. The way we treat addiction and the addicted definitely needs to change. If you've ever seen the show "Intervention", they all basically say the same thing "I won't love you if you are using". For me, it's not the fact that my father is a methie, its the fact that he decided it was more important to steal and do his drug then try and make a difference in our lives. Kinda glad he decided that though, cause here I am, smart and not racist.
  2. My father is a druggie too. Before about a year ago the longest time I had ever seen him around was a month at most, he always found a way to get back into prison. And when I finally met him (I already hated him because my brother always wanted a father) for long enough for him to show his true self, I realized hating him was the right thing to do. He is a racist meth head who uses the word "Jigaboo" in all seriousness. He's the kind of guy who will have a 12 year old throw a grill-methlab in the forest for him. For about 6 months he lazed about on the couch until he did meth again and decided to skip parole, then he stole my moms van, went back to prison for a while, four or five months, and when he got out, my mom took him back. For the past four months we've been harboring a fugitive basically, since he never once went to a parole hearing, then a couple days back one of his methie friends went into someones house while he was high and started calling the woman who lived there a bitch, asking about some type of cables he thought she had, then he hit her 3 times. She called the cops and he barricaded himself in our garage, and said whatever was in the garage belonged to my mom and my POS father. She didn't know what was up there so she told the cops that everything up there was my fathers. Hopefully he stays in the farm with the other animals for a while. I'm guessing it was probably a lot harder for you since you didn't have the gift of not knowing the person, or ever developing any kind of love or affection for them. Worst part about it is i'm gonna end up as crazy as his entire family, they all have some sort of mental illness, well I guess it's a kind of inheritance.

  7. The point of the breathing techniques is to help his heart rate slow, if he does it enough his body and brain will go "Oh, I guess this isn't a life or death situation, lets just chill for a while and let him do his thang". Now here is a piece of advice you can apply to pretty much everything - The more you do it, the easier it gets.
  8. What is the creature that walks on four legs in the morning, two legs at noon and three in the evening? For now, I win.
  9. My will faltered but for a moment! I AM MORE POWERFUL THAN EVER! I TAKE MY VICTORY FROM THEE!
  10. Definitely a big problem for a lot of men is thinking that every woman who talks to them wants to jump their bones. Back in highschool, I weighed 350 pounds, and if a chick talked to me I would immediately think "This chick wants me", even though every synapse in my brain was saying "Nuh-huh". I think doing some circular breathing through the nose would help him bring down the terror during breaks in the conversation though. Really he should just see them as what they are, a human. Also, did you literally mean literally shit your pants? Or was that just a figurative literally. P.S. Who is Channing Tatum? actor, girls are suppossed to find him attractive he was in the last transformers movie I haven't really watched anything new since 2008 or so. On topic, try the 4-7-8 breathing technique Inhale through nose for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale through mouth for 8 seconds, exhale hard enough so it makes a whooshing sound. Do this BEFORE talking to the girls. Don't do it in front of them.

  16. Merry birthmas flash, 15 years old huh? I was there once, it's meh.
  17. When I was in middle school I went up to all the girls in the lunchroom and asked them out, I got rejected, a lot. And I even got slapped twice! Doesn't really matter what they say back to you, the important thing is to have confidence. Below is information. 1. There is a 99 percent chance that she will not stab you if you talk to her. 2. Women are like men, they are humans 3. The world will not explode the second you open your mouth to talk to a woman 4. Be cool, collective, and calm. Imagine yourself talking to a girl, and I mean vividly imagine it, then calm yourself down whenever you get dismayed. 5. Feel good about yourself.
  18. I'm 90 percent sure that Sanders will win the nomination, and 99 percent sure he will not become president.

  20. Fun fact, "Halitosis" was a term coined by the company that made Listerine. Another fun fact, Listerine was originally a cleaning product for household tables and such, until they ran aid campaigns saying things like,
