    Ahh just looking at the first one hurts my nuts!!! So I'd choose the first one because the face isn't as sensitive and punches aren't quite as hard as kicks. For the second is go with lighting assuming there aren't no long term effects, it would be over with quickly. Still would hurt like hell though
