  1. Lets bandwagon; Kevin has a valid point that my figures are only guess work. Vote no-lynch I don't want this day to end too fast. Let's see who makes mistakes. Sister Midnight, Canik, all the rest?
  2. Welcome, Rhizo! Town points from me for Rhizo; just sounds townie to me...
  3. As long as they don't use the urinal, which may be ''distracting'', I don't mind who goes into the mens room. Might get a funny look tho...
  4. No, no jabs. Or I would have jumped out and staggered away. I hate needles. Even when it doesn't hurt. Well, not really numbed. Just didn't feel pain.
  5. I had laughing gas, it made me laugh. And numbed my jaw for a filling.
  6. I don't want to be seen as a scum pushing for a lynch. But if we do not lynch someone, there is a fair chance we will lose a townie unless a doctor or bulletproof or something helps. We have a 1/4 chance by pure guesswork if there are 5 scum. Seeing how people react will only increase that. For instance, 1ceCream reacted in a townie way as I already said. Assuming we clear him and me, and there are 5 scum, that means there is a 32% chance to hit scum. If someone looks scummy, then also increases the probability. I acknowledge I broke the rules by role claiming so early. I had no intention of provoking a massclaim. I only wanted to declare that I was in fact town.
  7. Ah, ok. I just wanted to declare my alignment as town, in hindsight, I ought to have waited till I looked like a town before claiming to be it. Anyway, Unvote 1ceCream reacted in a townie way IMO
  8. What games did you play in before? By the way, I'm getting a bit of a more scummy vibe for you to immediately vote on him. Maybe a scum trying for a lynch? Remember, D1 is nearly always joke votes followed by the nolynch vs lynch discussion. I said that and turned out scum
  9. I'd be surprised if any of the original TW-2 mafia (me, ABT, KingH, and Lyner) were mafia. I may as well role claim right away as a plain vanilla townie, Prof Flitwick. I'll do my best to survive, and not only that, find scum. Let the nolynch vs lynch debate begin! By pure guesswork, assuming there are 5 mafia, we have 27 percent chance of finding one. Note that last round, I, a n00b, was scum. We'll see how the people voted on react... look at my defensive reaction to SM voting on me. If 1ceCream acts like me, there is a pretty good scum chance! By the way, no personal harm intended 1ceCream. The point is to probe people... see how they react... and if you get acum vibes, LYNCH! Day 1 is usually not serious, but if we find one, it will be a help. As Flitwick, I'll try to be eccentric, but loveable Ravenclaws, to me! Cupcakes in my office! By the way, I'm part goblin and a duelling champion, so do not mess with me.
  10. I apologize, I wrote this on my mobile device which doesn't have descriptions. I should have known.
  11. Not at all. I didn't know anything about HP when I started the first game, by the end I had read all the books. At first I decided not to read them, just play along and use the HP wiki, but then 'hey let's read it and see what's so good about it'.
  12. Laughing gas. SM, all the rest who are concerned, this has been done.
  13. Thank you! I know that gas too and Wolfpack's type. I never checked where it came from, but there is a grill on top over two of the six rings and it was blown off. I didn't stop long enough to check, just assumed it was the oven as it had been in use! Yes, ccabal, I will. The thing is nearly 10y old but has given very little trouble till today. I'll try and convince the bill-payer to buy an electric one
  14. There was no igniting but there was gas escaping. This is yet another reason to use electric... but I don't buy the stoves, so Ie the burner was off but the gas supply was on.
  15. Just went down to heat some milk. Lit the stove... BOOM. Oven had been left slightly open. Leapt back instantly, but... GAS IS DANGEROUS! Another two or three hours and the concentration of gas could have literally blown the stove up by turning a light switch. As it was, it escaped with a yellow flame, a bruised side (from the blast), and knowing to sniff inside the oven carefully after turning it off. Such a waste of milk

    NO U!
  17. May as well. I said I was not going to play mafia, but if nobody expects me to post every hour, I can maybe manage to play @cbrndragon, basically there are two teams -- mafia (bad) and town (good). Mafia knows who mafia and town are, but town players only know who they are. In daytime, Town discuss things and try and find out who is scum and who is town. When they decide to kill someone (lynch), then the topic is locked, and mafia discuss who to kill privately. That's a simple game, but in real games there are cops, vigilantes, etc that have special powers
  18. I think I ''f***ed s*it up'' more than you Fun game, may just come and play COS!
  19. I could have played better, I think. Fun game Lyner very nearly did it!
  20. On the other hand, you must not paint all Muslims with the same brush. There are good, faithful Muslims, who genuinely do not stand with the 'jihadists'. Here is a tendancy today to think that "Muslim" (dark person with a turban, may be a Christian, Atheist, or Hindu, too) = bad evil terrorist, while in reality, peace is a fundamental doctrine of their religion.
