Anyways i'm not really a fan of these "Morality Test". Reason being i always believe that the way people think they'll react and the way they actually end up reacting to such conditions are really different. Since it was 20 years before the important thing here will be the circumstances under which this happened. If it was drunk driving case and the user has now learnt his/her lesson then no point in brooding over it but if that person stills drinks heavily and drive then i think it's time to snitch and leave.
