Collecting all that data and publishing it would be a lot of work for someone (or group). What about making a Mafia Mod group that is responsible, (like Factory, or Watchers etc). Would have to be in a shared section of forums, like diplomatic, so folks from our allies could participate/hold positions.

It could also contribute to a psychological effect, you can tell somebody they’re bad or not as good as person x, but it may not work. Showing numbers based on a logical system could prompt an internal mechanism in their mind to stack themselves against person/people x and try to play better to surpass them, which could lead to an increase (even if slight) in skill/activity of the forums.
That above is all conjecture though, I’m no expert. I think there are ways to tweak what you guys are talking about to better “rank” players, and I would be down to help work on it if I was able to.

WE could keep our own score every game. Then publish as the game ends and mod updates the table/standings.

For posterity, duh.
For example, when i say that rhizo is a good player, most of the new players have no clue.
Or how good kazio was.
Or molestargazer, the one who complied the og win thread in the first place.
I haven't interacted with mole or even kazio a lot, cause they were from a time i wasn't in iron.
So I can be ignorant as to their playing poweress.
Which is very sad.
So the purpose?
For people to remember us, after we finally quit this game, like you did.

It's interesting to consider scoring, but I lean a little bit toward pointlessness.
If I get busy in real life and don't post as much, should my score go down?
If I get lynched/night-killed early as a vanilla townie, but the power roles survive to play longer, should my score go up or down?
If I "solve" the game early, my score should go up, but if I can't convince my teammates, my score should go down; how do we measure?
I'm satisfied with the wins thread, if for nothing more than a concise summary to get nostalgic. For instance, I just looked up the last game the Chaplain of Death won.

I think we can have some pretty fun infos even with just basic stuffs like: who's the players and their factions, when each of them dies, and which faction won.
Win-lose ratio, average win rate over the last 10 games, survival rate, win rate when mafia/town.
Shouldn't be too much effort with something like google sheet.
