Since you're now accusing EM of being scum, then you must be claiming that EM was the third person to visit you (and must be the one who tried to kill you). Otherwise your accusations that he's scum and skepticism of his claim makes no sense.

I will say this, though, you are missing another major and obvious scenario. There's a reason for wanting EM to post before I actually vote for him [especially after yesterday].

So if you choose to believe him? I've now been vetted as a tracker AND a watcher - BY EM. And thus, your vote makes no sense. And, frankly, neither does his. Actually, if he was a lightning rod knowing he had been watched and that *I* was the only one claiming watcher, why would he vote me over someone I watched go to him? Are you seeing the hole in his scum gambit yet?

Do me a favor and think about the bolded and underlined above while we wait for EM to respond.  I'll show you a similar exchange later that should give you a lot of information to work with.

Well I would think you'd want to go after the killer before anything else.  If EM is lying then the killer is among the 3 people who targeted you. If EM is telling the truth, the killer would still be among the three people you watched visit EM.  The only difference would be that if EM is lying, then he would be lying for the benefit of his scum buddy.  While that's possible, it's less plausible than him telling the truth for a couple reasons:

 

1. There was no kill.  Again it's 100% odds vs doc and scum picking the same person.

2. If he's making the claim there were only 4 night actions (two of which we know) than anyone else who performed a night action that doesn't fall in line with that claim would help prove EM is lying.  An unlikely and unnecessarily risky move for scum to make.

After you are done addressing the points raised above I have just one tiny detail I was wondering if you could help me with?

 

See, I have a problem.  Your character claim is Flying Spaghetti Monster.  I feel kind of foolish for not bringing this up sooner but would you care to explain how the FSM is in a game full of monsters?  I mean, he is actually a "diety" and thus "monster" in name alone.  Am I wrong?  I mean... I'm a classic movie monster.  Daniel claims to be the Headless Horseman, which is also a classic movie monster.  Count Dracula, our host, was a classic movie monster.  I imagine the rest of the Town is as well.  I just don't see how the FSM fits with the rest of us.

 

The last time I had this concern was when someone fake claimed Van Helsing...

For the record I used the power of convergence last night. It brought every night action to me regardless of intended target. I was also just assuming those were the roles and gambling that I would end up being protected. I was not told who visited or what actions were taken save one.

Why would you assume those specific actions were taken? No one has claimed cop, for example.

Are presumably the three who had night actions.  Simternity neighborizes people, so if he had a night action neighborizing, it would have been on EM (Yates would have seen it as a visit). Yates claims he saw Theo/d3mon visit him.  Imran is the 3rd.

Don't read too much into that. There is another explanation for those results... In other words, it's still CONCEIVABLE EM is telling the truth or trying to gambit. I'm just trying to figure out the motivation.

I'm also disturbed by the fact he has yet to address my question regarding his vote. Again, more on that once it has been addressed.

Balderdash.  Your claims are directly contradictory.  If you were both telling the truth there would have been only 5 people performing actions last night:

 

1. You

2. EM

3. d3mon

4. Imran 

5. Simternity

 

But you have made a claim that directly contradicts this.  You say you didn't see Simternity neighborize.  EM says he was neighborized.  If you were a watcher and EM was the lightning rod, you would have seen this.  Simternity will have to lend some input on this.

 

Also Lyner is claiming to have a night action (although he didn't explicitly say if he used it last night).  If he did use it, that is also a contradiction to you both telling the truth.
