A dynamic war flag... I like it.

I can get used to this.

Trying to translate this via google I get two different things:

Ferrum Bellor = Iron Bell

Ferrum/ferrum bellor = the war

bellor is present active, e.g. I wage war.

 

The implied meaning thus, "the Republic waging war" or "IRON at war".
