If KevinH is hosting then its gotta be interesting. I'm in.

Into the wild

"Battle of Five Armies" refers to the flavor text of the game.

There will not be 5 mafia factions.

I'm in, though may be slow to access due to holidays ( not at home, posting on iPad... Yeah, slow typing. )

I'll play!  Maybe I'll do good this game that I have experience.

No guarantees there; random is random.

I will guarantee that the game will be Normal.

How many mafia players?  It's a large group would it be like 4 or 5 mafia?

I won't say specifically for this game, but a rule of thumb is 25% scum.

As the number of townie power roles increases, the percentage of scum increases.

Are the power roles going to be secret (we dont know what roles are available, like last game) or will we know what roles are available?

Sorry if these are noobish questions, I'm a noob.

I'll make this game Semi-Open which means you'll know the possible roles, but not the distribution.

OK.  Thanks for the clarification.  I am new, so trying to figure the game out more.

how many players are you looking for Kevin?

how many players are you looking for Kevin?

There are 17 spots on the player list, so I think he wants 17.

We'll take as many as we can get.

We'll start tomorrow with whomever is signed up.

I'll go in and try not to be super lurkey

if you are, we'll just lynch you...
