I figured EM would jail him, ABD would watch me, and I chose to role-cop on Rafay (and am comfortable he is town).  I semi-debated jailkeeping you Robert because you will end up being the only townie with just one name, but you come across so town so I didn't.

Moderator comments

 

Both sides had lots of powers but I thought there would be more confusion on the townie side.

The 3 jack-of-all-trades were the only roles that could confirm a scum and they only had 1-shot each as a cop.

Everyone was one-shot arrowproof and I thought there would be more focus on protecting/watching those that took arrows.

 

The goblins could have shot one of their own to make themselves look like they were not scum.

 

Overall, I think the town got a couple lucky breaks.

 

The JOATs used up the three 1-shot cop investigations on night 1.  They each had a 30% chance of success and one found scum, which became the next day's lynch.  If they had all found townie, the scum would have had a much better chance.

 

Preston was lynched based on wrong information.  If he had used 1-shot doc protection and been role-blocked, he would not have been told.

 

The inactivity of Nick the Great/Mariomario190 helped the town, too.  As scum they could have put forth some plausible lies, and sowed seeds of doubt among all the other claims.

 

I was worried about a mass role-claim and coordinated investigations and protections.  After all 3 1-shot cop investigations were used up, that became less of a concern.

I actually really enjoyed the game. It was getting really confusing with multiple JOATs on day 2. But town got some lucky breaks and the right investigations and tracking/watching left the scum backed into a corner.

Yeah the game favors the town a bit, mostly because the scum side didn't expect the 3 town JoATs I guess

3 people with 1-shot cop ability was a bit too high. That allowed 2 pp to be confirmed as townie and 1 to be confirmed as scum pretty early. Probably would have been better if the JOATs didnt have the sane cop ability

Fun game to play, I loved all of the different roles and we had a lot of activity for the most part. It's fun mixing up the types of mafia games we play from time to time. Maybe one day I will mod one myself.

I considered having compulsive vigilantes so that there would be many arrows flying but it would take multiple hits to kill someone.

 

I also found it interesting that none of the townie jack-of-all-trades used their vigilante role.
