I found this article quite interesting. It appears the CIA has visited Director Michael Bay just one month away from the release of his new movie, 13 Hours. I guess Hillary is a little worried, and Bay says he tells both sides of the story... I myself, can't wait to see it!

Okay, as requiring layman things to be discussed, I to, find myself intrigued into politics, but not enough to do as much smart things as you guys do, however, even *I* have to state that I dislike Hillary.

 

Okay, now, chances are, I'll vote Dem. I've voted Rep a few times, both by choice, and by force (only one person running for a position).

 

The simple fact is, Hillary is owned by Wall Street. That's a given. That alone, after all that has happened, bothers me a great deal. In fact, last I checked, most of her donations come from banks and the like, attached to said pyramid scheme.

 

Trump? He's an entertainer only. He's full of hot air.

Cruz? Hahahahaha! Moron.

Rubio? No. He's out of touch, about as much as Huckabee.

Hillary? Yeah. She'd sell someone out for a sandwich if it came down to it.

 

That leaves me with Bernie. Okay, he's good. I like his perspectives. I can't say why, but they do click with what I would enjoy, but, like many other presidents, there are probably going to be things about him that piss me off.

 

Really, what sucks about it, is that this type of thing becomes a speculative outcome.

 

We have to speculate whether or not they can keep their promises. If they can't, then they become liars, regardless of whether or not it's their fault. They broke the promise.

 

Anyway, that's just my perspective for now.

The Fifth Amendment of the Constitution. When someone takes the Fifth, they are exercising their right to not answer any questions, because the answers would incriminate themselves. No one is compelled to talk themselves into jail. Is that enough?

The Fifth Amendment of the Constitution. When someone takes the Fifth, they are exercising their right to not answer any questions, because the answers would incriminate themselves. No one is compelled to talk themselves into jail. Is that enough?

 

Its the right not to answer questions, and to remain silent, and for inference not to be taken from that silence. Saying that it is because the answers would incriminate themselves kind of goes against the point as that implies silence means guilt, which isn't the point of it at all. 

 

You might want to exercise it for a lot of reasons. Its 3am, I am really tired and not thinking straight and I think this police officer is trying to trip me up is a perfectly valid reason for not answering questions. The honest answer would reveal that I am having an affair I don't want to mention in open court is another valid reason.

Yes of course, that's why Lois Lerner and Brian Pagliano refused to answer questions in front Congressional hearings... they were tired and not thinking straight. When offered immunity from prosecution for testimony, I'm sure they will suddenly feel much more awake, and thinking much more clearly.

The 2 new mails hit our news today aswell, followed immedeatly with a remark of "well the last 50 were classified AFTER the fact".

 

That said, still rather have her running the USA then Sanders(massive riots over preceived plans alone)/Trump(either he never speaks again or say bye-bye to your foreighn connections)/Cruz(closest to sane, but then goes off ranting about the bible). Will ignore the rest of the rabble, and perhaps the nominee (from both sides) will mellow out after the nomination is virtually secured.

 

Saying is an outsider offcourse, but with a vested interest (hello, its THE USA )

This is rich... there are emails from Hillary's private server that are so top secret that members of Congress that have clearance to view top secret information, do not have clearance to view them. Wow.

 

Her excuse is they were not marked classified. Under her logic... Eric Snowden is completely innocent if he just takes the headers off the pages before turning them over to Wikileaks. Will someone please cuff this woman and take her to max-security?
