For me, I would expect my effort in the war will be sending aid to keep our mid-tier destroying the enemy.

5-6 weeks, dependent on the level of support the relevant parties get. If it is as lopsided as it appears to be it will be a very painful experience for one side, who seem to want to get rolled and it out of the way. In which case six weeks is enough for it to be a "proper rolling" and enough for them to have had enough.
