Lets be real, if they were terrorists in the way you mean them then they would have killed everyone they could kill. The only time I recall where black Muslims weren't absolutely insane killing everyone was when those two guys cut the head off the British soldier.

Given he was a British soldier I would have to say he wasn't an innocent and they were somewhat respectable to the public, terrorists as we fear them in the current age are those who just kill and kill without any real objective other than Allah and 72 virgins. It's mostly a religious thing that causes them to kill innocents. 

 

Terrorism is subjective and always has being even before those two towers fell in New York. You can see it some way and others will see it another, its part of the reason why the word terrorism is losing meaning now.

He has made a lot of very racist remarks in the recent past, including suggesting that Blacks would be better off as slaves. No, he does not to me sound like a nice person that I would want to have a cup of tea with.   Additionally, there has been no emminent domain action against Bundy. If there has, seeing as it would require a hearing in open court, someone would have produced the court records by now. Bundy doesn't even claim that the land legally belongs to him, his claim is that it should belong to the State government and not the Federal Government, which in a common law system makes bugger all sense as Governments are as free as other people to set up a legal personality to own land. The idea that the Federal Government can't own land makes about as much sense as saying that the Federal Government cannot own a pencil.  Now the Keystone Pipeline where private property is being handed to a private company in order to make private profits is something you might want to be concerned about. A whiny sod who wants to freeload off the Government by using publicly owned land for free (and therefore deny its use to other citizens) and is willing to use violence to achieve that aim, not someone you should really care about.

Well I'll call Obama, John Kerry, the Pentagon, and notify the Joint Chiefs of Staff that we are surrendering our sovereignty back to our British superiors. The Federal Government owns what we allow them to own. They want a pencil?... they go to the House of Representatives to get it. The power the government has, is given to them by us. It's that whole "We The People" thing. If the Federal Government takes your land that has been with your family for a century, through imminent domain, and then decides they will charge you for being on it... well I think the people will be a little pissed. Stop judging us from your lofty British ivory tower. We have laws here, and we'll sort it out ourselves. I think we had to fight you guys twice to be able to say that.

It's a good thing all the other countries saw this problem ahead of time, and committed no such incidents.

I believe Terrorists is a name that could fit them, but at the least they're criminals and should be treated as such.  Why I call them terrorists is they're bringing likely fear and terror of individuals who live near by and seeing this all unfold, fearing what could happen, and if more people come to support them and it turns even worse.  They're using intimidation in the way of guns to try to get their voice/opinion/point across.  

 

Yes, up to now it's been peaceful in the sense no one has been killed, and they keep stating they wont fire or use their guns if they aren't shot upon.  Which basically is just saying, hey if you allow us to illegally take and keep hold of an government building, there wont be any problems.  It's a BS point to act like they're peaceful and aren't bad people when really they're completely in the wrong.

 

Look, I can understand how upset individuals can be, especially if they feel they've been wronged and their voice can't be heard or no one cares.  I can understand if my land was seized from imminent domain how infuriated I'd be and how I'd do whatever to make a stink.  But taking hold of a Government building, and bringing guns into the situation only escalates it to a whole new level, where now the point you're trying to make is completely irrelevant, and now you are only seen in a negative light.  Majority of the population doesn't care anymore if you have a right to be pissed off or not, now they only care about seeing your ass locked up.

 

There are ways to protest, there are ways to bring to light a situation and look to rally people to make a change.  This is not done by trespassing and taking hold of a building (be it Government or any place you don't own), and then involving guns.  When you bring guns into the equation and ask others to come support you and bring guns, you're making it known that you're planning for things to go down.

 

This should not be tolerated, nor should it be allowed, nor should any of these people be praised for sticking up to the Government or their opinion.  They instead are criminals that need to be handled, whatever is best and safest.  If some of these individuals wound up shot or killed, I feel no remorse, because their actions, and arming themselves have escalated it where peaceful or non lethal ways may not work.  

 

I truly hope they come to their senses and this can be ended peacefully.  But i don't believe it will.  I cant even imagine all the laws that have been broken and the felonies these individuals have already racked up, and now that they have basically backed themselves into a wall where they know they're facing likely most of their life in prison, I don't see them just surrendering.  I just hope whatever happens, that no one innocent are injured or killed

When I first heared about this, I indeed thought "that Bundy dude again?"

 

It isn't, atleast not the case itself, there is however a Bundy running around with a gun in the occupied building last I heared.

 

From what I gathered off it, Bundy's fanboys hijacked a possible peacefull case for own self-glory, nothing more. Like when all those rioters come out at every notion of a black man dying to a police bullet. The origin has merrit to excist, the run-off should be cornered in a stadium with Bruce Willis running the show (funnely enough, never actually seen that movie )

There you go using that word, at least you downplay the terrorism part because if they were actual terrorists they wouldn't surrender without a fight.

By definition they are terrorists. They are trying to push political aims while armed and threatening violence.
