Just a thought, if we're going to have these as an embassy pic (and potentially a general purpose banner / council announcement picture), I'm wondering whether we would want "ministry of defence" rather than "minister of defence" etc.
I think it would be worth updating the presidential seal to match the new style?
I think I prefer the second one, but with the red edging?

I've left the Presidential one as the Rounded one as it'd stand out more. If I change one then I have to change them all. I'd prefer all Councilors agree on something.
Issue with the IRON Order Crosses is that they're incredibly out of date. I can change it to the British way, that's no problem. What would you prefer for the center image instead of the Naval stuff?

Maybe this without the crown?
(and obviously in a black rather than white colour scheme)
It feels less busy and the laurel creates a nice edge like in the interior affairs image so it's easy to read the text still.

Much nicer, though in red or silver and kill the crown, just cover it in black?
In general I'd have to say I prefer the smooth edged seals to the fancy edging. It's just a bit cleaner to my eyes?
EDIT: FF I deleted the HUGE image, but that was something I threw together AGES ago when IA had all their department seals and the president had one. I wanted one
