Awesome! Always glad to have new people playing. If you immerse yourself in the game you will really enjoy it and I think that the Harry Potter theme will make it that much more fun.

Would anybody have an interest in making this a 7-game series in which I theme each game after each book/movie or do you think that would be overkill? Obviously everybody wouldn't necessarily need to play all seven games. I'm just wondering if there would be interest in that.

Take a look at Mandarijn's link. That should help give you a basic idea. I will say though that it's a lot easier to learn as you play. There is a little bit of a learning curve as you learn all of the potential roles and what they can do but once you start getting those down the game is a lot of fun if you participate actively.
