NPO has 100% Tax Rate. Its a complete communist system. Every resource and money your nation produces is taken by the Government. The government then gives out money and resources for feeding your citizens and building what they think you should have in your nation, which is same for everyone.

So I guess this thread is not in support of the other discussion King Hitler brought up
Also i'd rather not be in any alliance owned by the NPO
Well, while we prefer you join us, DEIC(Grayshadow is in it), UPN(Aenir), VE(Aristotle is in IRON), Alpha(since you like NG), are all cool destinations.
realistically, this community is already so big, it will never be banded together into any other community that doesn't enhance the IRON community itself. If you want to get more IRON players playing the game, it will have to be under an IRON community, certainly not a NPO one.

It will be a cold day in Hell before I willingly fight for NPO.
It's really not MI6 and Sparta... To join you have to agree to leave CN politics in CN. Too damned right.
Haven't really seen that in action ever and statements/recent actions by certain figures would give a very different impression. I'm not really privy to what base level members happen to be made aware of, but it doesn't seem to be a whole lot since the issue of membership not really being aware of the motivations of higher level figures seems to be a recurring theme. I keep hearing this from base level members when contradictory evidence exists.
Along with that, given tS members who don't play CN are primarily recruited to play and join MI6, the denial of a link is kind of specious.
It is entirely logical for someone to join a game and play with people they know and like. If you're sat on discord and people are discussing CN would you not go and join them where they play rather than joining and then finding some new random bunch of people?

I mean, that's entirely up to you. As long as one doesn't exist, then we're presenting ourselves as an option. I mean, this wasn't really said when Blade was recruiting people to MI6/Sparta's PW alliance.
It will be a cold day in Hell before I willingly fight for NPO.

Ah yes, "play" by becoming a tech farm for Chimaera. Please. It is undeniable that tS's existence has benefited MI6 in CN.
Even with that not being taken into account, you certainly have let in members who do not leave CN at the door and even go after people on a personal level for CN stuff.
NPO has 100% Tax Rate. Its a complete communist system. Every resource and money your nation produces is taken by the Government. The government then gives out money and resources for feeding your citizens and building what they think you should have in your nation, which is same for everyone.
Considering we fund everyone's stuff to a certain level and usually spend more on the average new nation than we take in from them, this isn't really as weird as you're making it out to be. There are other programs within the alliance for people to make money and our members have been generous in terms of helping people get started with other money-making ventures if they're willing to be particularly active. Most of us who played P&W before NPO came over have been willing to make sacrifices to grow the rest and the 100% tax rate affects us the most consequently.
Most alliances have standard builds, so this isn't unique.
I've listed other alliances if it's a deal breaker for some.

A note to all of you:
This is not a flaming thread or trash talking thread or general shit show OWF thread. This is me presenting another option for IRON members if they would like to play P&W with other IRON/Oculus members. If you are not interested in joining, that's great, but you don't have to troll the thread. If you are potentially interested in joining, we'd love to have you, at least until we decide whether or not IRON will exist in P&W as it's own entity.
Thank you.

That's not the arguement of power, simply that if you tell an IRON councillor to "gtfo" on IRON's boards there's only one place you're going, and that's out the door. Regardless of whether you are foreign gov or membership of an ally, an enemy, or neutral party you are a guest, and if you do not abide by common courtesy on these boards you're welcome to leave.

NPO has 100% Tax Rate. Its a complete communist system. Every resource and money your nation produces is taken by the Government. The government then gives out money and resources for feeding your citizens and building what they think you should have in your nation, which is same for everyone.

Choice is limited no matter where you are. Most alliances have certain requirements on what a nation is supposed to do even if there's greater flexibility. Many of us were in an alliance with much lower taxes(27%) and we still had rules we needed to follow so no one was able to do whatever they wanted with their nation or they wouldn't get loans or grants. Some of our members have taken initiative and made their own money and spent it how they wanted to. There is always opportunity for individual initiative within the system. The characterization of our members as drones is really inaccurate. The point of standardized builds and such is to take the work out of everything rather to impose control.
It's really not inane when people deny a connection between two alliances. If an alliance has a large chunk of its membership and gov derived from an alliance in one game and members are also recruited to the initial game, there's nothing else to really think.
That's not really how it works. These people are pretty adamant about carrying their issues over. You can say human nature, but it's supposedly supposed to be left at the door. When a fundamentally anti-CN alliances I don't like /CN people I don't like/ tone seems to be coming from somewhere and it's reflected in actions, it's not going to be ignored.
