I think after Arya and Sansa had their talk in Arya's room, Sansa started to put things together clearly. Brandon filled in all the holes of everything they never knew about, and really stood witness to the betrayal of Ned Stark by Baelish... which is wacked when you think about it. Arya had to have been part of the plan... she executed Baelish by her own hand, on queue, without even asking anyone if she could, or should. I believe the 3 of them finally found a way to work together for the good of House Stark. Just my thoughts about it.
