iSocialism is scum. It's textbook mafia.
After I flip town, you'll know that iSocialism is scum.
Legoboyvdlp would be my next guess at scum.
I think Canik is town or else he'll get a strong "well-played" from me if he ends up scum.
Brewersalliance and SeaBeeGipson are on my wagon to save iSocialism so they are next in line for suspicion.

I think it's equally suspicious that you just so happened to be off both of the wagons as well.

Yes, Frigid investigated Lach and said something like Lach is innocent/town. If Lach isn't town I'll be pretty damn annoyed with Frigid.

Sorry for my absence these past couple days. Was out on the road over the weekend and been a little crazy since I got back. Anywho...

 

Unless I'm mistaken, Kevin is -1 from an official lynch and already past the minimum for a deadline lynch, correct?

 

One question I have for isoc -

I recall earlier in the day you mentioned about wanting to target brewers. While I don't disagree that Rafay is the better choice in this scenario, what are your thoughts particularly on Brewers? Just wondering on what the change of your mind is.

 

Concerning Lachiton's proven innocence (post 267):

 

i believe that goldiron was lynched cause he was a recluse, not through any mafia intent. of course, thats my own opinion, so i could be devastatingly wrong and there could be all 3 mafia voting gold off.

I also have a gut feeling that lach is innocent, regardless of yesterdays posts(day 1 posts, not yesterday as in real time). again, my own opinion.

While I think Lego was joking with his FoS, Robert's FoS is suspicious. Even without remembering the quote specifically, Frigid's investigation of Lachiton has been mentioned enough times. Wouldn't be surprised to see Robert as our third scum.

 

From the way things look now, it appears that Kevin is the lynch of choice and isoc is targeting either Brewers or Rafay (seemingly the latter although Brewers was mentioned previously as well). If Kevin is scum, it implicates Rafay for sure. Perhaps it'd be a good idea to roleblock him again and let our tracker do the dirty work in finding the third scum?

 

As for mention of the night 3 vigilante, whether he's a vengeful or night 3 vig, he shoudn't claim. At least not today at the very least. Keep the mafia guessing. Now of course, if there's three kills tonight, that cat's out of the bag, but the less knowledge mafia knows, the better. I'd almost say to let the night 3 vig do the kill of rafay (if that's the chosen route), but of course, there's no guarantee the role even exists. But it would keep isoc's bullet for a later time if that need arose.

 

I'll do a quick skim tonight when I get off work, but if memory serves, I feel Kevin has been a lot more helpful in past games scum hunting and he hasn't given that same vibe in this one. While a scum vigilante and the possible implications are terrifying as we haven't lynched a single scum yet, Kevin may still be the target of choice and I can see myself voting for him tonight.

Also one last thought concerning Isoc. Obviously if Kevin flips town, we'll know isoc should be should be scum just be definition of the scenario. But if Kevin is scum, what do we make of it if both Rafay and Brewers are both alive come day 4?

Well thats not true, the scum know who everyone is.    I didnt quote them but several time Kevin gave out "townie points" and no one else did.  Why would he give them out?  To make people think he is town since only a town would give out the points

Commenting "im glad" and hes upset about the other death and sad kitkat died seems like a scum tell to me, trying to gain town points by acting upset about the results

A lot of people have a lot of explaining to do.

 

Terrible that KitKat got killed. He was targeted due to his activity most likely. 

 

Also remarks on how terrible it is kitkat died. Again teaming up with Kevin example #2  Rafay also calls for the people on the wagon to explain themselves, which is where Kevins entire focus ends up as well

 

 

 

On a serious note, it usually stands to reason at least 1 scum is on the lynch wagon.

I agree with this, but the math can get twisted.

Reasonable facts/assumptions:

• 12 players are alive
• 3 players are scum
• 9 players are townies
• 4 players voted to lynch a townie on day 1

If only 1 scum voted to lynch, that's a 1/4 chance (25%) on each member of {The Warrior, Lachiton, legoboyvdlp, iSocialism} that they are scum.

But if the other 2 scum did not vote to lynch then from my perspective, it's 2/7 chance (28.6%) of being scum for each of the other players that did not vote to lynch.

(The denominator is 7 because I know that I am not scum and did not vote to lynch).

 

 KevinH first tries to tell the town focus the voting off the wagon cause odds are the scum is off it

 

 

While the flavor text might provide some good hints, I think we also need to look at who voted for whom.

But then he says very shortly after he said that we need to focus on who voted for GoldIron, thus contradicting his own logic

 

 

The time for jokes is never over.  This whole game is for entertainment purposes.

votes on iSoc only for being on the wagon.  I think if scum is on the wagon, they are more likely to be on the first half of the wagon and not latter half

My new suspicion is that The Warrior is trying to save iSocialism.

 

If they are both scum, it doesn't matter which one we lynch first.

now he switches to the warrior, someone who ended up being town, saying TW is trying to save iSoc.  Why switch your vote if they are both town?  TW only had one vote at the time.  And Kevin now joined the front half of a wagon on a very skilled and veteran town player (which is where i think it is more likely to be where the scum are).  At the time TW was not getting much traction to be lynched.  I find it interesting he mentions Canik did not vote a townie, yet when he posted that Canik was not in any danger to be lynched

 

Shortly later TW calls out Rafay for lingering and not weighing in on the TW/Canik situation that was starting to brew 

 

So how does Rafay respond?

I have read the discussions and it seems that Warrior and Cnik are the ones that are being focused on as the msin scum. Now I can't figure out who to support and who not to. I don't want to rush into a lynch vote yet.

 

Aka two town(i think canik is town) are the main suspects but I do not want to weigh in and ill let everyone else  to do my dirty work for me

I have sympathy for The Warrior.

 

There is now a wagon formed with a large amount of people thinking TW is scum and its starting to look like he might be lynched, and Kevin jumps off the wagon

 

 

 

​At the start of D2 SLMK posted flavor text which seemed almost to hint at actions during the night and SLMK confirmed that indeed they did mean something. In the story Robert got blocked by a crowd so we all think he was roleblocked.

True. I've been watching Lego tho and I think he's probably legit. 70/30 might be a tad optimistic but he is definitely one of my top town candidates.

Also it seems Rafay is doing some token posting and ignored my vote on him. I am not removing my vote on him. He did same token posting last mafia game and he turned out scum.

 

Rookie mistake referencing last game. New game, new rules and roles. 

 

 

Lachiton points out a trend in Rafays game and Rafay calls him out and says its a mistake for Lach to try to draw silimarities.  Lets be real, we all have our styles and there are going to be similarities between how  they play now and in the past.  the term meta exists for a reason

 

 

 

 

From the perspective of a townie in {The Warrior, Lachiton, legoboyvdlp, iSocialism}, there would be a 33.3% chance on each of the others in that group that they'd be scum.  Why aren't they voting that way?
 
Maybe there are 2 scum in that group and they are afraid of being in on a second townie lynch in as many days.

You literally stole this thought from my head. iSoc was on the wagon for both kills and Canik voted for GridIron but later changed the vote.

brewsers for hitting the hammer vote on TW. At least Mr brewsers I didn't kill anyone even though I'm quiet, I didn't push the town one step close towards defeat like you did.

Canik is indeed a tracker.  He might be a scum tracker but he saw me visit FrigidInferno.

 

I was given the role of Universal Backup.  I became the Watcher after the first one died.

 

I targeted FrigidInferno last night with the Watcher ability since he was the cop and would be the most logical choice for the scum to hit.

 

Who else targeted FrigidInferno? iSocialism.

 

I was trying to be subtle in my accusation, but there is no doubt in my mind that he's scum.

 

So here is his defense:  Kevin was trying to be subtle by using the same arguement he used since D2 to lynch iSoc.  What are the odds that the person he has been trying to get lynched the entire game is the one he just so happened to see to save him.  Kevin needed a defense, and it was very easy to point at iSoc, since him and Rafay already called out iSoc earlier in the day without Kevin making a role claim.  Now why wouldnt Kevin just role claim right away?  It was a 1-shot ability, so he would just become a VT, and it would make the game 7-2 in favor of town.  There was no advantage to wait for him.

 

So this meant we 100% found scum.  And everyone weighs in. Well everyone but Rafay.  He once again has no opinion.  I think Rafay is just waiting to see if Kevin, his scum partner is the for sure lynch.  And he will join the wagon (maybe even hammer) to try to bus himself away from Kevin.

 

Speaking of the hammer.  Kevin is L-1 from a hard lynch.  If he was town, and isoc was scum, scum could quickly hard lynch him and then get two or three kills tonight pretty much ending the game and winning.  But that has not happened.  looks like scum is trying to wait as long as possible in hopes someone switches a vote to iSoc

 

CONCLUSION:  Based on the aforementioned evidence and the fact that Rafay has buddied up with Kevin on several occasions, I believe that both KevinH and Rafay are scum

​I'm doubtful that scenerio would happen but if it did then Lego blocked iSoc (who would be virtually confirmed town at that point) or iSoc lied about his role. Which would mean one of them is probably scum. 

If Kevin is scum tho, Rafay should be the one killed. Hands down. His big post supporting Kevin at the beginning of the day would be infinitely scummier at that point then anything Brewers may have done.. and there is no reason to get tricky with the vig kill. There's no Doctor or Jailkeeper. 

​and of course if Kevin flips town, iSoc should be the one killed if there is a N3 Vig. iSoc should also be roleblocked in that scenerio.
