I couldn't find any other variants but, doesn't this mean that either of them has to be the gladiator?

@KevinH Please clarify how the gladiator role works. Is the gladiator sometimes a town role? If not, does that mean that one of either Canik or Brewers is definitely scum? Isn't that kind of idiotic given that if we get it wrong we'll lynch the other person next round?

I asked to be replaced out, so I'll not contribute much from now on. Anyway, if we can do no lynch, let's do that and hope the SK kills scum. I'm very glad we got 2 anti-towns though

I'm interested to know why Canik targetted Brewers for a Gladiator fight when Brewers RoleClaim paints him as town to me? I doubt an Anti-SK role would be from another faction (of course, it very well could be a mafia/werewolf role).

I'll wait to hear Canik's reasoning, but it seems we are stuck between Brewers and Canik today.

This came from the Greater Idea list of roles referenced at the beginning and it's a town role.  I understand the the Gladiator page is different but we're going with the Greater Idea definition.

Based on this, I'm leaning towards a no-vote myself. It seems we are stuck between town and town for the lynch, and I see no benefit in that. I'm not voting officially yet as we still have some discussion we can gather on the lynch yesterday of a townie and the kills made. I know I was the most vocal regarding the lynch, and I was fairly confident Imran was scum, and I was wrong. Instead, I led the lynch on a townie cop that specialized on werewolves. I expect to gather some attention towards that, and I also expect at least 1-2 scum/werewolves to be sitting on the wagon. MK being on the wagon and being scum eliminates at least one in my mind.

Another thing I want to try and evaluate is that we know there are 3 factions playing against town, We've seen two scum dead, a werewolf dead, SK is still alive, and we've seen (5?) townies dead. I might be wrong on the townie numbers as I can't check as I got a meeting in a few minutes. I assume with 21 players to start, we have 3 scum, 3 werewolves, and a single SK. So, we should have possibly 1 scum left, 2 werewolves, and 1 SK. 

OK, so @KevinH, do you mean that the gladiator is not a lynch candidate today? Or is he one of the two, and he targeted someone who died?

Yes why to rush it when the day just started. So according to what Kevin said, gladiator is town and he/she targeted the 2ND highest vote grosser brewers and Canik who was on Imran's wagon.

 

I can understand brewers being considered pro town though I have my doubts still. Curious to know why Lego thinks Canik is town too. I didn't get any indication on part of Canik to pass him off as town.

I presumed he was the gladiator, and thus a confirmed town.

If you look at the role ability posted by Kevin, it says gladiator can target two players and if they survive the night, only those two are available for lynch. So if I read that correctly neither brewers or Canik is gladiator.

Seeing as there were 3 kills again this night I'm going to retract my statement saying that there isn't a SK in this game, which also makes Brewers claim a little more believable. At this moment I not really feeling anything in particular about Canik, which makes me question why the Gladiator appointed him for a duel with Brewers

I suppose I should speak now. I was hoping CANIK would post by now, but he hasn't. Maybe this comes as a surprise, maybe it doesn't. I am the town 1 shot gladiator you are looking for. After the end of the last day phase, I had 2 people at the top of my scum list. Brewers, and CANIK. They are also some of the most vocal people around here. Not saying I didn't debat other people, they just strike me as more scummy. I could be wrong, but I needed to choose 2 people I thought would survive the night. As I'm only a 1 shot, (unless there is a reloader that Kevin mentioned). With a 3 deaths the first night and another 3 deaths last night. I figured one of two things would happen, if I managed to survive long enough, the odds of me choosing 2 declined each night. Or I get killed without a chance to us my role.

 

I suppose I could of kept quiet, but didn't feel it help the town. I'm also now cannot use my ability again unless there's that reloader, though TBH If there was a reloader, I'd imagine there be multiple 1 shot a abilities. In witch case there would probably be a more powerful town role then mine they could use it on. But again theory.

 

I'm in the belief town may be in a hole now.with cop down, it's going to be hard for us town people to win. Especially with the track record here.

An you either give the full definition of Gladiator or link us to find your definition. Like others, I saw the Mafia Scum definition. Are you saying the gladiator got to pick two people and he is not one of them?

2 scum factions + SK = 3 kills.
