This is why I love science. It may be wrong, and some things may become dogma, but eventually these dogmas will be toppled. Doesn’t take 2000 years either...

I always thought that experiment was a bit extreme and felt like the people were exaggerating stuff intentionally to get attention. Looks like the entire thing was a sham lol not shocked at all.

Known to some, maybe. I guarantee that 10+ years from now, average Joe and Sally will still think that there experiments hold, just like they'll keep believeing that we only use 10% of our brains.

I believe in the "Escape from New York" prison system... but not Manhatten, more like Guam. Snake Plissken would make a great Warden. Send them there and forget they ever existed. Good to hear you like science so much ccabal… I'm preparing a new thread for you to ponder, and I really want to know what you have to say about it.

Interesting to hear. I learned about this in Psychology class back in high school. Some of the behavior and acting did appear forced, and it seemed implausible people would fall into such behavior after only a couple days.

I always thought the guards went sadistic way too quickly. And since it was so frighteningly harmful no one was about to replicate it, so it stood as the only study of its kind, which made it highly suspect.

Nah... California is too big, and attached to the mainland. The San Andreas is one of the last remaining hopes to save California.
