I guess this is it. All or nothing. Take it or leave it. Therefore, I do have some information but not much. Nothing so critical that it'll help us catch scum, but could help us none the less. 

 

I'm a watcher. Though I have a feeling that people we guessing that already. 

 

N1, I've watched TW, as he's a common N1 kill. So, hate to put you out to dry here brewers, but I saw you visiting tw. 

N2, I visited Col Medved, witch nobody visited

N3, I visited Brewers, Nobody visited Brewers. 

 

So there you have it folks. Idk what Brewers role is, but I know he has a power role of some sort. TW isn't dead, so its not a killing ability.

So it sounds like I was probably right with my belief that robert was town.  That gives us four suspects in my eyes:  TW. Wolfpacks, Isoc, and Canik.

 

Hopefully someone has some information that can help narrow down the list, but until that happens, TW is my number 1 suspect, so

Brewers, is likely town. Unless TW comes forward and say he was blocked, but I imagine he would of said so day 1 if that was the case. so likely, he's an investigative role of some type. 

 

Witch makes me currently believe, TW is probable town. 

 

Col medved was neither blocked nor protected n2. Making me believe he is either the only protective role, or something is wrong and he's lying. Though nothing is for sure here. I don't consider him a confirmed townie by any means, but not confirmed anti-town. him protecting the newest person is interesting. I don't think he would of been targeted at all. So I disagree with his reasoning. There is an obvouse possability that we haven't considered yet why there wasn't a kill on n3. inactivity. (MK isn't very forgiving with night actions inactivity). 

 

we have a few members I've seen nothing from, Canik, Isoc. You seem more to the shadows then anything. 

 

Wolfpacks, is distanct, but I get more town feeling with him currently. 

 

So again, I have the inactive mafia theory. 

we can't also forget our newset member, but Doesn't fit my theory currently. 

 

Isoc isn't the active one of the bunch for sure. When I was scum with him, he checks in when he needs to, and didn't actully submit an action a night while I was dead. 

 

Canik, same boat. but not sure on his activity levels. 

 

My current stance is I want to hear from Isoc and Canik. they certainly are the least active in this game and we need activity.

While I don't know what your role is, I know you visited TW. If your town, witch I consider very likely, your an investigative role of some sort, TW isn't dead, and you didn't come out saying you have evidence incriminating TW. So thats why I'm leaning towards him being town. Besides you know, him being 3rd most active, behind me and you.

So it creates a high chance that Gian is town (if MedVed is telling the truth)

Unless we have a roleblocker who blocked someone, and might have stopped the kill that way (with it being basically lylo they should come forward if they did)

With that being said, I think MedVed is telling the truth. That means in my eyes town would be:
Me
MedVed
Gian
And I think Robert242 is town

So three scum would be in these suspects

TW
Isco
Wolfpacks
Canik

I am questioning medved because I know of another way that no kill could have occurred last night and I am not convinced that medved is what he says he is. Do you not find it the least bit suspicious that there has now been what, two nights, since medved role claimed and the mafia has left him alone? Maybe they figured that a town watcher would watch him or maybe they thought that another doctor would protect him and waste his kill. Because of Robert’s result on medved from night 2 we know that no one else visited him. If medved is what he says he is than it is very unlikely that another doctor exists in such a small game setup. The mafia surely would have gone for him by now. If not the first night, then definitely last night. The mafia would not allow a doctor to live that long and possibly thwart them on later nights. And since no one died last night it would not be because medved protected himself since that would probably not be allowed.

I think that it is far more likely that I was the mafia’s target last night but they failed to kill me due to my role. Now that we are in a dire situation I will make the town aware of the few things that I know.

I am Harley Keener (the kid), a Weak Hider. My role allows me to hide behind another player at night in order to protect myself from being killed and since I have a “Weak” modifier it also means that if I survive my night actions then the person I hid behind is 100% confirmed town since I would die otherwise. Therefore I know the following:

On night 1, I hid behind SeaBeeGipson. I survived the night action. SBG ended up being town.
On night 2, I hid behind Brewers. I didn’t believe that he was scum so I took a shot. I survived night 2. Brewers must be town.
On night 3, I hid behind Robert. I was getting town vibes from him overall so I took another shot. I survived night 3. Robert must be town. Since Robert is town I believe he is the role he claims to be since real town generally doesn’t lie about their roles.

Therefore I can 100% rule out the following people as being scum:
Me (Town- Weak Hider)
Brewers (Town- Role Unknown)
Robert (Town- Watcher)

That leaves us with probably 3 scum in this group:
Medved
Gian
Canik
ISoc
Wolfpacks

If my assumption is correct about medved, I think he is lying about his “protector” role and is likely scum. I think we had it right earlier in the game when we were voting for him. His role claim may truly have been desperate scum trying to save himself, which he did.

With the town in as dire of a situation as we are currently it’s time for all information to come out. Anyone who suggests otherwise is not friendly to the town at this point.

You are all making very good arguments and I'm having trouble making up my mind. After the last lynch turned out in favor of scum My nr 1 suspect was TW. But on the other hand what he is saying about medved is making me unsure. The fact that medved has survived a few nights since claiming his role is making me suspicious towards him.
At this time it's either TW or medved for me.

If all roles were taken from mafiascum wiki, then MedVed has to be lying because when I just searched for protector nothing even comes up

You are 100% wrong bud. I can only share what I know for sure and the above three actions were my night actions.

 

As far as Medved is concerned, you are completely ignoring MK's post. He explicitly states that ALL of his roles are taken from the Mafiascum wiki. I questioned MK privately about this as well because I wanted to be completely sure. "Protector" is NOT a role listed on the Mafiascum wiki. As far as that wiki is concerned there is no such role as a "Protector". MK felt that it was necessary to clarify that publicly in the game thread therefore I think you need to take his words at face value.

 

This means that one of the following things is true:

1) Medved is lying about his role.

or

2) Medved is telling the truth about the type of role that he has but badly butchered his role claim.

 

Given MK's clarification and everything that we knew about Medved that led to us originally voting for him before his roleclaim, I think that it is far more likely that option 1 is true.

 

Also, regardless of whether or not we think we know who scum is at this point, the town should NOT rush to vote because all it takes is two misguided townie votes and then the mafia team can wagon on for the lynch and end the game.

 

If you have information and strong inclinations about who scum might be, you should definitely share them, but if you are town you are doing us all a disservice to vote hastily at this point in the game.

 

@Brewers - I ask you to remove your vote and reconsider at this time. You are going to be severely disappointed if a quick wagon forms on me..

Also, I just looked up the "Protector" role on the Mafia Universe site (NOT the site that MK took game roles from). It reads:

Role Description:

The Protector may each night target someone and protect their night action, if they have any, from being roleblocked or moved to another target.

 

This description explicitly states that such a role would protect a target's night action and NOT the person themselves (like a doctor). This is exactly the opposite of what Medved clarified that his role could do..

I think that there is a higher likelihood that you could be on to something with an iSoc vote but again the town needs to exercise restraint when voting at this point. We cannot afford to place a couple incorrect votes just to have the scum pile on and end the game.

Based on the set up, and roles we know I feel we do have a doctor or in this case a protector. Our first cop to die had the modifier that he can't be protected by a doctor (or a protector in this case)

I am of the belief that MedVed does opperate like a doctor. Protective role is something that appears on mafia scum and maybe that's what MK was meaning with the role choice. So with the macho cop, lachiton, I feel we would his role in play and no one has once counter claimed a protective role. My suspicion on you honestly stems from my visit, as there have been several mofiferz in play. I was of the belief that you had an aesthetic modifier, and with the number of cops we had (two dead) it seemed logical scum might have an aesthetic modifier to give one of them a shield from the town power roles, but now that robert2424 was able to watch you, I know that's not the case so I'm fairly certain we have a roleblocker, and I'm guessing he is scum
Tho now that if I think of it, if I was roleblocked, would Robert have seen me visit you?

Further clarification was given to me by MK that i am more of a doctor, but the role name "doctor" did not match my name which is why i am a protector, since i technically protect people from being killed.

If Medved is actually claiming to have a role titled "Protector" than he is lying. MK explicitly stated that the roles come from MafiaWiki where that named role doesn't exist. If MK gave us a Doctor with the title "Protector" than that is extremely misleading especially given his in game clarification.

 

About the hider role protecting me from your action as well:

 

Some moderators cause hiding to apply to things other than kills. This commonly happens defensively; instead of being Bulletproof against direct actions while hiding, the Hider would be treated as a Commuter for direct actions.

I guess this means that I could be immune to any direct night actions while hiding but it would all depend on MK's interpretation of the role.

 

What is your role, Brewers? What sort of action did you perform and who else have you targeted?

If Medved is town that still does not clear Gian just because she would have been "protected" last night and there was no kill. I used my ability last night to hide behind Robert. I could have been the scum's target but since I was hiding they could not kill me.

 

So if we were to assume that Medved is telling the truth (which I am not convinced) and he "protected" Gian last night, it could have been either one of us that was targeted, thus Gian cannot be cleared strictly by that piece of information.

 

Additionally, you could be right that there is a Roleblocker or Rolestopper in play that could have prevented a kill.

I am not dead set on you being scum but MK's clarification sure makes it look damning. If MK called you a "protector" but you are actually a "doctor" than his role for you is incredibly misleading due to his in game clarification and could actually cause us to lynch incorrectly if you are telling the truth.

 

It absolutely matters at this point. This could decide the game.

 

@MK - I think we need further clarification on this and to be honest I'm not sure how you can actually clarify this for us without screwing one team or the other. The town needs to know if you would take a role from mafiawiki and give it a different name, even if that name is the name of an actual role from a mafia site other than mafiawiki. If so, then Medved could be telling the truth. If your roles are strictly from mafiawiki (name and description/use), then is means that Medved is either lying or extremely confused about his role.
