The only places you and I disagree is Torres unvoted for Ferastical and you show AbT as having voted twice.  His last vote was for Torres.

It's not entirely random choice here. When we still don't have clue who's the scum, but we have to vote, we should either take out inactives or players that are irrational.

 

Assuming worse case scenario, of lynching Townie, I'd rather not do it to an experienced player.

My vote isn't targeted solely towards TW, it is to even the battlefield. As you said, TW and Torres technically both have equal chance to be scum, although Torres appears to be more suspicious. Mafia should be a game of finding scum, not punishing what's considered bad play. So far I've not seen much proof of Torres being scum, and it would be right to say we have no proof of TW being scum either, but as no-lynch is not permitted, a decision must be made. If the majority thinks Torres is scum, my vote won't end up mattering. Ideally, I would like to see this make it to trial.

 

After all, it is D2, evidence is scarce and relying on our judgement is the best thing we've got

Ferastical has a point here, unless somebody comes forth with information (someone knows somethin), we don’t have much more to go off of D2 than we did on D1, but I would recommend not coming forth until you know more

To be totally honest, I think it's probably more likely than not that Torres is town. I don't think it's totally unlikely that he's scum though, and at this point he's as good a guess as anyone except Velocity lol. I disagree about bad play though, at least in absence of any remotely decent scum leads. It's why we go after inactives early on is because they don't help town with any information. My problem with Torres is along those lines - it doesn't seem like he's really even trying to play to win, and as we go on his lulzy approach will hurt us more than anything.

If any actual evidence comes up against him or anyone else then I'm happy to push harder for a lynch, and I don't mind sending someone else to trial with him, but it's not like the votes on Torres are completely random or without basis.
