Down to the wire and the survivors are staring at each other...time to skin that smoke wagon and see what happens.
I was holding out hope that I had one other Town ally out there but I don’t think that’s the case. Torres was probably my last ally, but because he made some very questionable hits, it lead me to believe he wasn’t Town, so I voted for him, two others joined, and brewers shut the day down and killed him, revealing he was Town. Who was instrumental in me making that vote? TW, who revealed he had investigated Torres and he was definitely mafia... We’ve tried to lynch Rafay and FB previously and either divine intervention or role mods prevented the action. I think it’s at least 2 factions, maybe three plus me as Town (thus the chaos comments). So as my final act, I’m going to:
VOTE: TW

Dontavian,
My investigation result on Torres was obviously wrong. I don’t know whether a hidden modifier caused it or whether it was doctored somehow. But what choice did I have but to go with it? I was told he was mafia. At this late stage in the game I assumed that would either be a win for us or set us up to win it today. And then Rafay roleclaimed a clearly fabricated role claim. He did everything he could to gift wrap this win for us:
1) He claimed an extremely convenient and easy to fake role.
2) He fabricated a role modifier for himself to try to justify how he survived a lynch and botched that. He specifically claimed to be “bulletproof”. Bulletproof does NOT affect lynches. Brewers would not have given a commuter that modifier for any reason. It’s redudant.
3) He name claimed a character who spend all of his time manipulating people and lying to them.
4) He clearly lied about his night actions. There is no other way that you would receive a result on a commuter who was commuting. It’s impossible. A commuter is untargettable by all roles when they leave the town.
Why are you assuming you don’t have any town allies left? Your investigation result on me was absolutely correct.
If you assume that Rafay, Finster, and myself are all scum that would mean that there were/are at least 7 scum (if we assume canik was scum) and maybe 8 depending on Tony’s actual alignment. Let’s leave Tony out of it for a moment though and assume 7 scum:
7 scum / 20 players would mean that this game featured a scum rate of 35%. The norm for a game of mafia is 25%. That is a massive increase and would be ridiculous if you’re talking about having at least 3 scum factions all with killing abilities.
Based off of the numbers in this game it is far more likely that only 1 scum remains and 3 townies. It can’t be 2 mafia and 2 townies because the game would have already ended since town could not get a majority to win unless those two mafia were from different factions which is unlikely at this point.
The most likely scenario is that we have 3 townies and 1 scum. Whether mafia or SK it doesn’t matter, there should only be one left. I’m betting Rafay is a SK though given everything that occurred in this game. My original FBI Agent role makes it clear to me that a SK has to exist in this game. We haven’t seen one revealed yet (unless it was Canik or Tony) and it can be used as a red herring but again in a game with likely 3 scum factions, one of them is almost certainly a SK. That, coupled with my character name (Sansa) and Rafay’s claimed character name (Petyr Baelish) makes it clear to me that Rafay almost has to be a SK. It would make perfect lore sense for Sansa (an FBI Agent) to be looking for Petyr Baelish (a Serial Killer) given where they were during the events of Feast For Crows.
I’m not sure what more you needed to see here. Rafay basically told us his roleclaim was fake. Short of him actually coming out and straight claiming to be scum he couldn’t have made it any easier on us. I guarantee you that voting for Rafay is a win for us.
