So is everything after Abt on there scum?

Gonna go out on a limb and say we don't have 7 scum in this game lol

 

 

In the time before the human race as we know it today, the Forerunners existed across the majority of the galaxy. Their plan to defeat the flood consisted of two parts, which could be executed individually if necessary.

1. Shield Worlds: Basically a small bubble in space (diameter of a tea plate) which contained a Dyson Sphere (Sun to Earth diameter, but concave to the sun) for the Forerunners to live in.

2. The Halo rings whos purpose is to defeat the flood. However, the rings were not designed to kill the flood, but to kill their food source consisting of all intelligent life in the galaxy.

 

There are several classes of Forerunners who had high positions in the lore, one of them being the Librarian who was a Lifegiver. Essentially, her role in the events that near and after the activation of the halo rings is what saved life in the galaxy. This Librarian collected samples of all sentient life in the galaxy in order to restart after the activation of the halo rings.

 

Why did I type all this? Basically to state that not all Forerunners are scum. Unless the Ur-Didact is a role in the game, I would assume any Forerunner aligned players are friendly.

 

I don't remember who said it above me, but I would assume roles to be:

 

UNSC

Covenant

 

There may be other roles and maybe even other alignments, but I think at this point in the timeline the only Scum would be Covenant. MK was a Covenant Elite, basically super strong soldier type.

This being the Battle of Reach.. I think it might just be the UNSC and Covenant involved. Although it's possible a couple of those other factions may exist in some form.

iirc, Reach is where the war started. Covenant came outta nowhere attacking, looking for an artifact or something. End up glassing the planet. I don't think Flood was involved yet, they show up later.

Also Kevin, you're dangerously close to a deadline lynch, and there's a certain someone who really likes hammering people still in the game lol. Someone might either want to justify their votes or give Kevin a chance to defend himself before he gets lynched this early on. I've been a little suspicious of his bloodlust too but idk if we have enough to confidently call him scum yet.

Also also, not voting is dumb and I wish people wouldn't do it. At least vote no lynch if you're not sold on anyone. We're well away from anyone actually being hammered so there's not much penalty to throwing a vote on whatever option you think makes the most sense.

After being on the bottom end of the biggest blowout 2 weeks in a row, I found myself in 11th place out of 12.

 

This week it's telling me I have 54% chance of beating 12th place.

I originally voted first for AbT just to generate discussion.

I switched to Lord MK after his desperation became evident.

 

Then I placed votes on inactives.

 

I'll continue to do the inactive thing and follow Lyner.

he has been scum a couple times recently and he has been super inactive in those games and he basically got a pass for it almost each time.  best case that is what happening again.  worst case he is town, but he is super inactive so that isnt helping and he usually doesnt do anything to help town win (typically its the exact opposite lol)  so dont see too much downside here, unless he ends up being a valuable PR, but then again, he is inactive

The Human-Covenant War began at the planet Harvest in the year 2525. The Battle of Reach took place in 2552. Harvest was glassed, but Reach was only partially glassed as the Covenant were looking for relics as you previously mentioned. You are correct though, the flood didn't show up until after the battle of Reach when The Pillar of Autumn jumped to Halo Installation 04 and the Covenant accidently released the Flood. That is why I think we are only dealing with UNSC and Covenant forces.

Every branch of Humanity is grouped under one faction, the Flood does not exist in this game. I will not confirm about anything else as of now.
