Someone should just start a game, even a small game.

Aglet Green and The Warrior have not logged in for a few weeks so I took them out.

I just don't think the community has 13 reasonably-active willing players right now, sadly

I'll settle for 13 any-kind-of-active players.

New plan:

 

Unless I get 2 more players by next week, I will add 2 "placeholders" that I will control as the mod.

The first 2 players to die will sub back in to the placeholders.

 

The placeholders will vote for no-lynch the first day and random players thereafter.

Only townies will sub back into the game.

If a mafia is killed, they are out.

If the placeholders are townie and have a night action, I will randomly pick a target.

The more I think about it, the more I think this is a bad idea.

 

I'm changing the structure to 9 townies vs 2 mafia, making one of the goons 1x lynchproof.

It will be obvious that the lynchproof player is scum when the lynch fails but it gives the mafia an extra chance at a night kill.

I think that balances.

Three players haven't read their role PM yet.
