What evidence is that? If you're town and have something that could at least clear some townies for us, that would be really helpful.

I actually probably shot myself in the foot here. Not that I lied, but that my role doesn't actually guarantee innocence. So revealing anything about the people I know information about could give scum fake ammo.

 

Logically I don't see Velocity unvoting me because iirc that would mean he's lynched, I don't think Brewers will unvote me because I voted him, I don't think lww will unvote as I have neither a good defense nor a good offense. Imran could unvote but again, I think that means Velocity is hung as he passed the threshold first, so without someone countering his RC that seems like too risky of a move.

youre about to be lynched.  just role claim and give us what you have, otherwise if you are town you will take it to the grave.  and then it gives us a shot of unvoting... you refusing to share makes it seem more likely that you are indeed scum

A little surprised by this though. You both see Velocity's role/believe it and also say you're not going to unvote? You don't feel scum to me but I don't get how you can have both stances simultaneously.

When we can all see it on velocity's rp. so the logical endpoint is the mod must have told him he has the mind stone.

This is also why I was asking about the lore in TW’s posts because he name dropped Thor early on which didn’t make sense to me

Thor is not an infinity stone holder, so he could definitely be a safe claim.

Also yes, I'm the cop. N1 I investigated Zacch and got Not Guilty. N2 I investigated Jazzy and got No Result, so whoever is the role blocker, if you're town aligned, please don't block me again lol. I could've saved or confirmed jazzy if you hadn't done that.

Okay so zacch is town. makes sense with his claim before he that he did not get a result on me.  and lww backs it up with the cop claim. i really hope Jazzy is a scum role cop.., as his claim now outed our cop, but at least we have a protective role.

 

now is where things get interesting....  we have a watcher, cop and a body guard....

We should have pretty good odds at winning this game, ESPECIALLY if Jazzy is a scum role cop.  I could easily see TW making Thor a scum safe claim.  Thor is like TW's favorite character and idk if he would want someone not him being thor.  Also cop kind of doesnt fit with thor... Dr Strange was a Dr-duh  Tony Stark was a JOAT(super smart inventor), Vision is a Watcher (mind stone fits this), Black Widow is a voyer (spy fits this).  

 

Zach, who is your character?  Same with LWW

 

I wouldnt be shocked if Jazzy is actually Ebony Maw.  Dude has psychic powers and it scum role cop would fit with the character a lot more than thor.

Also, I told velocity and jazzy to role claim to give them a shot to save them... standard mafia practice is to role claim if youre gonna get lynched.  and I told you to fully RC cause you were causing a shit ton of confusion with your half claims....  it was doing more harm than good.  you would have been the prime lynch candidate if LWW didnt just confirm you.

I don't want to name claim yet because I don't want to narrow down who scum should target one way or the other. I'll name claim when it becomes relevant, possibly tomorrow depending on how this lynch + night goes.

The Guardians of the Galaxy sped through space on their M-Class ship, The Benatar. They were traveling to a distant star system to check out a distress signal that came through. Peter Quill prepped the team as they neared the point where they were to drop out of hyper space. They were not prepared for what they found upon arrival.

 

Giant pieces of debris and countless frozen bodies were floating through space. It was quite obvious that the ship who had sent the distress signal had been completely destroyed. Quill and Rocket Raccoon carefully weaved the ship through the debris field. All of a sudden a body collided with The Benatar and plastered itself to the front window. It was Thor Odinson's lifeless body. The Guardians were stunned when he suddenly opened an eye. They quickly worked to bring him onto the ship.

 

Thor recounted what had happened to the Asgardians after their ship had been attacked by Thanos and members of the Black Order. Thor was sure that they would have fared better if he still had Mjolnir. He was hungry for revenge and intended to have it at Thanos' expense.

 

Thor decided that he would travel to the Planet Nidavellir, a famous forge where many legendary weapons had been built. Rocket and Groot agreed to accompany him on the trip.

 

When they arrived at Nidavellir, the forge was dark and inoperable. There did not appear to be any living being left. They walked through the dark, quiet halls and were suddenly ambushed by a dwarf. Thor, recognizing the dwarf, called out to him to calm him.

 

"Eitri."

 

"Thor" he replied in a slighly exasperated manner.

 

"What happened here, Eitri?" Thor asked.

 

"Thanos came and attacked the forge. He forced us to craft a special weapon for him in exchange for our lives. This weapon would be used to house the infinity stones. We reluctantly built it for him and then he killed everyone anyway, except me.."

 

"Eitri, I need you to craft me a weapon. One that is powerful enough to defeat Thanos."

 

"I have plans for one, the mighty axe Stormbreaker, but the star at the heart of the forge that powers it has nearly died."

 

Thor and Rocket agreed to try to help restart the forge. In order to do so they would have to hold the lens of the neutron star open long enough for it to power the forge. Thor agreed to do so, likely at his own expense. With all his might, Thor grabbed to handles on either side of the lens and pulled. The power of the neutron star ignited and blasted directly through the lens as Thor held it and re-ignited the forge which melted the metal for Eitri to create the head of Stormbreaker. Thor held it just long enough and then the full force of the star blasted him from the lens and onto of of the catwalks of the forge. Rocket, Groot, and Eitri rushed to him but it was too late. The star's power was too great. Thor had been killed. 

 

Groot noticed the head of Stormbreaker nearby. He walked over to it and grew out a part of the branch that was his arm. The branch twisted around the head of the axe and formed a handle. Groot then cut off his own arm to complete the axe that they had traveled all this way for.

The rest of the Guardians flew to Knowhere.

 

Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, and Mantis exited The Benatar and approached the Collector's Museum. As they entered they could hear a deep voice coming from the display room. The Guardians moved quietly into the room and saw Thanos standing over a man on the ground.

 

"I know that you have the Reality Stone, Tivan. Giving it to me will spare you a great deal of suffering." 

 

The mad titan placed his large right foot on the Collector's chest and pinned him to the floor. The Collector winced in pain. "I told you I sold it. Why would I lie?" 

 

"I imagine it's like breathing for you" Thanos replied. "Not even you would surrender something so precious."

 

"I didn't know what it was."

 

"You're more of a fool than I took you for. Last chance charlatan. Where is the stone?"

 

The Guardians hid behind a nearby crate listening to the discussion between Thanos and the Collector. Drax peered around the crate and glared at Thanos from behind.

 

"It's him," he said to Quill. "Today, he pays for the deaths of my wife and daughter." Drax drew his dagger out of his boot.

 

"Drax, wait. Not yet, not yet," Quill urged. Drax had already begun moving toward Thanos. Star-Lord stepped out in front of him and help him back. 

 

"Drax, he doesn't have the stone yet. If we get it, then we can stop him. We have to get the stone first."

 

"No, this is for my wife and daughter," Drax said as he pushed past Quill. Before he could go far, Mantis used her telekinetic power and caused Drax to instantly fall asleep. He fell to the ground and landed with a thud. The Guardians quickly ducked down. Thanos turned around and glared in their direction. A small twisted smirk crossed his face. He removed his foot from Tivan's chest, picked him up, and threw him across the room before starting toward the place where the Guardians hid.

 

Quill looked at Gamora and Mantis and mouthed to them to go to the right and indicated that he would go left. Gamora jumped out, sword drawn, and charged at Thanos. She swung twice but Thanos dodged left and then right and then caught her blade in his hand and snapped it. Gamora lunged with the broken blade and stabbed Thanos in the side of the neck. She then grabbed her dagger out of it's holster and thrust it into his chest. Thanos wretched as he looked down at the blade in his chest. He grabbed it with his clenched fist and dropped to a knee. "Why?" he asked her as he fell onto his back. "Why you, daughter?" Gamora began to cry as she watched her adoptive father on the ground in pain. She fell to a knee too. Thanos laid his head down and closed his eyes.

 

Quill and Drax watched the scene from the other side of the room. "That was quick", Star-Lord quipped. Tivan started clapping and cheering "Magnificent!" as he watched the scene unfold as well. Gamora continued to cry. Her head was bowed toward the floor.

 

"Is that sadness I sense in your, daughter?"

 

Stunned, Gamora lifted her head up, the crying had ceased instantly.

 

"In my heart I knew you still cared."

 

Gamora stared at Thanos laying on the ground and wondered how it was that he was speaking. His body suddenly vanished and the scene around them in the Collector's Museum changed into one of fire and destruction.

 

"Reality is often disappointing."

 

Gamora turned around and Thanos had re-appeared out of thin air in front of her. "You knew we would come," she said. 

 

"I counted on it," Thanos replied. "There's something we need to discuss little one." Thanos picked Gamoria up by the back of her neck. 

 

"Thanos!" Drax yelled as he charged at the titan. Mantis charging behind him. He knocked them both backward and they crumpled to the floor.

 

Quill stepped out from his hiding place, blaster pointing at Thanos' head. "Let her go, Grimmace."

 

Gamora looked at Quill. "Peter" she said, almost begging him.

 

"You let her go!" Quill demanded of Thanos.

 

"Ah, the boyfriend," Thanos replied mockingly.

 

"I like to think of myself as a titan killing, long term booty call. Let her go. I'm gonna blow that nutsack of a chin right off your face."

 

"Peter, not him," Gamora said as she looked Quill straight in the face. "You promised." Quill knew what Gamora was asking.

 

"Oh daughter, you expect too much from him. She's asked, hasn't she? Do it." Thanos pushed Gamora toward Quill. "Do it!"

 

Quill started to tear up. "I love you more than anything," Gamora said to him as she was now crying again too.

 

"I love you too," Peter responded. He worked himself up and pulled the trigger of the blaster. Bubbles sprayed out and the weapon evaporated. "I like him" Thanos said. He turned his gauntlet slightly and Quill fell to the floor dead. Thanos and Gamora disappeared.

 

lilweirdward (Star-Lord), an Avenger Cop, was killed on night 3.

 

 

Thanos has acquired a 4th Infinity Stone (Reality Stone).

 

 

It is now day 4.

Okay interesting night result. Seems like we don't have a SK in play as it's already third day without additional night kills. There should be 3 or 4 scums. We're potentially at LYLO if there is 4 scums. Tread carefully today.
