With 7 alive, it takes 4 to lynch, or 2 at deadline.
Deadline is Wednesday, November 29 at 11:00 EST.

This is interesting, I don't think I've ever seen the governor role before. So basically they have a 1 shot ability to veto a passed lynch vote in twilight and pick whoever they want to be lynched instead.

Are the two (2) mutually exclusive? i.e. if they veto, they have to pick a replacement to be lynched? Or can they just veto and do no lynch?

good question,

so the governor gets essentially 1 save and 1 lynch

can they save one night and lynch another? or would that create the possibility of a double lynch night?

Vote Zacch, you're the first person to post... seems a little too eager.

It would all take place in a single action during twilight after someone gets hammered and before night starts.

Twilight is an interesting mechanic on its own, the day is technically over but usually you can still talk in thread. The twilight rules can also vary depending on the moderator, since none are listed I assume twilight will last from hammer to scheduled end of day (usually hammer would end day).

https://wiki.mafiascum.net/index.php?title=Twilight

During this time period, the governor will have the power to veto the hammer and pick anyone to be lynched in their place. The one exception being if the governor is hammered.

It's one action. Think of it as redirecting.

I will allow the Governor to choose no-lynch.

Your comment was too eager. If you want the vote to count, put it on a line by itself.

Your modding is showing laziness

Traveling for US Thanksgiving. I’ll be back home in next 24 hours it’s hard to type on phone.

It’s an interesting setup. The twilight mechanic will be interesting for sure. I can’t decide who deserves my vote more but for now.

Once scum always scum.

Law of probability states that there is extremely low chance of me being scum in this game.

Just noticing this now, only half majority at deadline to lynch.

Something to keep in mind, in future rounds we should defacto vote no lynch to prevent scum from doing a snipe lynch if there is not already half majority at deadline.

I guess that's to help get more twilights, but to that end...

Gambler Fallacy, every game is a new one. Everyone has the same chance of being scum this game.

Theres still 2 days left to deadline. We should not give lurkers a free pass. They need to post to remain alive, the scum for sure wont be killing any inactives.

Honestly,

With the amount of posting Imran is making about him not being scum and not giving scum a chance. Seems a little too hard on presenting oneself as town.

Captainjf is up for lynch if nothing changes.  He reached 2 votes first.
