I've been reading all afternoon however, I have been at work and unable to post.

What I have said about Angel of Doom is all accurate and relevant now. He kept adding facts as he got deeper and deeper into his lie. He said he was withholding information to keep his controller from being a target but that is stupid because knowing their is a controller wouldn't help the mafia identify that controller and certainly would not deter them from lynching an know pro town power role. When he got night killed his lesser doctor role would have been reveled anyway. I was dead on in my accusation and evidence. Angel of Doom's lie has caught up with him. He is scum as far as I can tell. I, as well as Canucks Dynasty, noticed his contradiction and I find that to be quite an obvious stumble on his part. If he is night killed and I'm wrong, I will be surprised.

That said, Electric Mango has role claimed as mafia. There is no reason to keep him alive. We could hear testimony from Sir Jesus but, we don't need Electric Mango around to hear it. There is no reason to let Electric Mango continue to spread mafia propaganda and plague our scum hunting abilities with their quasi inter-scum debate. I am not at this point considering Sir Jesus a scum. There is no compelling evidence besides the suspicions and accusations of a known mafia.

For hours the discussion had pointed towards Aod. Inconsistent logic and whatever else. It almost seemed a surety that he would be lynched.

"Alright fine!" cried out Sir Jesus, obviously distressed over something, "I have magical powers and they have told me that Electric Mango is scum! Kill him!"

Everyone looks to Electric Mango.

"Alright I admit it I'm scum," says Electric Mango in a somewhat sarcastic tone.

Everyone continues to stare at Electric Mango.

Realizing the full weight of his plight, he sets off at a run.

He is quickly overrun.

They grab him and carry him to their lynching cliff.

"Hey who left the rope here yesterday?" asked molestargazer, KevinH's corpse still hanging from the other end.

"Ah well just throw him over the cliff," suggested Sir Jesus, eager to see Electric Mango's death.

Aquinas grabs Electric Mango and chucks him over.

His body hits the ground, the ominous thud echoing in the mind of everyone. A strange hissing sound is heard.

Looking over the cliff they see the body of Electric Mango writhing and bubbling. His skin turning into ashes, fire seeming to leap from his eyes. And then he just vanished into nothingness.

Electric Mango, Demon(Self-aligned "SK"), lynched Day 2.

Night 2 begins!

Please send in night actions asap.

I have a couple of theories/hypothesis on who the other 2 scum could be.
Depends on what SJ finds and if he's willing to share.

@SJ - perhaps you might want to withhold that info for a few days and allow the rest of us to discuss. This may help us determine who the other 2 scum are.

That's funny cuz I am starting to suspect him (Theophilos) too.

1. He was the fifth vote on KevinH. Normally in mafia games...most people don't unvote so if I kept my vote on KevinH...it would have been an assured lynch after the 5th vote. However, I unvoted, leading to the possibility that KevinH could survive the lynch. Unfortunately that didn't happen with AOD and CV/Aquinas vote.
2. His reason for keeping his vote on KevinH was at best...mediocore. Something about town needing a lynch and he was the best candidate. A good reason but hardly rock solid.
3. Absent for most of D2 and didn't vote even when he said he would (near the deadline prior to SJ roleclaim).

That's all the suspicious behaviour I can think of right now for Theophilos.

This leads me to believe that 2 or quite possibly 3 voted for KevinH.

Bad news is that KevinH was a townie after all, but judging by there being only 1 nk, it would appear that there are no sk's.

Martino was the one targeted, which is kind of odd in a way. Martino and Mole were the ones who did the most to lead the charge against KevinH. With Martino gone, it leaves Mole as the primary pusher of Kevin's death. This makes me think that scum wanted to set it up this way so we would go after Mole next. Also Martino was one of our most veteran players, taking him 1st is what I expect other veterans to do as well.

Something tells me that there were more scum that did not vote for KevinH then there was that voted for him.

CD is the first one that comes to my mind. His late unvote on KevinH seemed suspicious, as if he wanted to seperate himself from lynching a known townie. He's also smart enough to know that the scum stand a better chance of winning if the vets are taken out 1st. He may also be after revenge for being nightkilled so fast in the last game by Martino and SJ.

Yep...he was the first to post on D2.
Although I don't know how to view this since he was described as a SK.
And usually a SK wouldn't know the other mafia.

But if they don't know each other...we can reasonably assume that at least one other scum voted for KevinH.

6 people voted for KevinH: Electric Mango, molestargazer, Martino, Theophilos, angel of doom, Carl Vincent.
Only mole, theo, AOD, and CV/Aquinas are left.

I'm still upset about all the failures on Angel of Dooms part to provide a solid role claim.

It lacked:
1. All subtle details that would suggest he was paraphrasing from a PM (i.e. roleplaying, actual abilities)
2. An explaination and understanding of his actual role
3. Specific details that were made up post by post as he was further pressed
4. Consistency (We caught him in a lie when he claimed he could choose to save someone only to later learn he could actually make no such choice)

I hope our detective checked him out last night. For now I believe that he is the single best candidate to be scum.

If he has been investigated and turns out to be townie, I'll supply my own fork to eat those words.

Otherwise I'm not sure. The arguments against Theophilos aren't particularly convincing. It seems to me that he made a commitment and then had some complications getting back onto the forum. I don't know what your comment about how people don't often change their vote indicates. I for one, change my vote all the time. I don't think that is a very accurate statement. I don't know, I think people switch often enough that it isn't "normal", but...I don't have the statistics.

I'm more concerned with hearing what people think about Electric Mango calling out Sir Jesus. I think it would be a pretty amazing scum strategy if it turned out to be true. It would require that the scum lied about a lot of townie power role claims. Also, seeing as thus far we have no contradicting power role claims it seems unlikely.

All in all, so far I think Angel of Doom is by far the most likely. He seems to have stocked up quite a bit or scum tells. However, I am convinced of Sir Jesus' role claim to this point and if he was indeed investigated I will change my vote or unvote, as abnormal as that may be. I'm not yet sold of Theophilos' scumminess but am eager to see some posts from him.

@Aquinas - AOD is still on top of my scummy list. Theo...I'm not so sure. He definitely needs to post some more. BTW...why did you give a possible explanation/defence for Theo? As for EM calling out SJ...it's a possibility that someone was indeed controlling EM as there was only one nk but I don't think it's SJ.

i don't really buy that "someone is controlling my actions" post from EM. in a 12 person game the usual number of scum is 3 right?? so if there is a scum faction made of 2 scum and a sk we have that number. but if someone is controlling the sk we can't really call that person townie. so it would mean 4 scum in this game. that's a lot... even if they don't know each other, that's really too much.

I'm sorry. I didn't mean to excuse any of his actions. I just meant to point out that the evidence that may qualify him as scummy was inherently faulty. You could have cited anyone as scummy with that evidence and I would have posted something similar.

i know for a fact that if i came right out with "hi i'm a doctor that has no control of who i protect and cant protect anyone of my choice until the person controlling me dies" would have gotten me lynched on the spot.

We know that EM was a SK. We know that only one nk was done on N1. So...

1. What EM said is true that he was controlled thus only one nk.
2. EM is lying and purposely didn't nk during the night.

Based on that, I'm thinking EM was telling the truth.

So we have a confirmed SK (1 scum). Now I agree that number of scum for a 12 player game is most likely 3 (comprising of 2 mafia and 1 sk). However, I don't see how you would come up with 4. The 2 mafia could easily be the ones controlling EM thus it still remains as 3 scum.
It really depends on how the game was setup.
