Remnants of a tropical storm made me lose power but it's back now.
That would have been bad if it occurred during the 48-hour move phase and lasted a bit longer.

Maybe some of the roles have actions they perform in rooms. There might be a gathering-type role that can collect the special items. They might want to move to an adjacent empty room to gather things rather than compete with another gatherer in the same room.



Will we see where players finish the night prior to moving back to location 5?


Or a person could move to another location at night if he suspects someone would investigate or kill him.

They stay there.



that is interesting...although i dont quite see how it would prove useful since no one would be in an adjacent room...


We may want to consider new strategies now that we know that movements will be tracked. If a mafia had to move to another room to kill someone it would be obvious because he didn't start the night in that room, and then he will be there with the victim in the morning.

I'll post more thoughts later and give it more serious thought.

Our room placements are actually counterproductive actually. If that was so, then we shouldn't group people in the first place. We'd know anyway if they moved or not (which would suggest they have a night power, pro-town or not). I dunno but the room placements suggestion is now looking fishy and would just benefit the mafia.

If we don't know who was in what room when the morning comes, spreading out into 1/2 person room will give us a lot more suspects. Right? I am not too sure about myself anymore. (Please don't hit me <_< )

Agreed. I don't think we will know in which room everyone ends the night. It just seems to make the game too easy as it completely removes the nightkills. (max 2 players per room, a NK without moving will give a confirmed scum, a NK with moving will also make it clear who the scum was). Still, I will hold off on voting until we know for certain.

I believe the issue here is if the mafias move then do a nightkill...
If we don't know who was in what room during the night, we will be looking at a lot of suspects. Especailly with a max spread strategy because we will have many rooms where the mafia could come from. Now, to cover my behind like somebody...

also, there may be a power role or power roles that can track movements. the title said something about custom roles for this game.

Dude, I'm having a hell of a hard time understanding your posts.

IF mafia moves to an adjacent area to do a nightkill and they remain in that area...it tells everyone that they are the mafia (provided no pro-town roles moves into the same area as well).

I, along with many others, assumed that mafia could do a nightkill on an adjacent area but would remain in their original area come daybreak. Thus we would have a harder time finding the mafia.

IF movements can be tracked then there's no point in lynching crazyemolad (100% townie).
I'd rather the town lynch you.

You can say I manipulated all you want but the truth is I didn't.
No one else is saying I did either.
The only reason I can think that you keep harping on this is that you are truly mafia.
And this is the only gambit you can play in order to keep yourself from dying.

I'll say this to everyone.

Hell...I'll even vote for myself.

Also...with the new bit of information...I'm almost 100% certain that EM is townie.
There is no reason for mafia to want to share this info with the town.

So in essence, we do not get to know where everybody moved to during their night action as we all gather in room 5 in the morning. The only info we get is we know where everyone moved to during the 48hr period.

So...it's back to the original plan then. We break into groups of 3 and stay in our assigned rooms.

Does that sound correct to everyone?

Meh...I think I know how SJ feels for when SinKon kept harassing him.
