I mean I got the item on N1.
It's a passive item...meaning it will work if conditions are met.
In order for it to work...mafia had to target me since I'm just a vanilla townie.
So I kept it quiet hoping for them to night kill me.
That didn't happen.

Paraphrasing so as to not get modkilled...

I have found a MEGAPHONE.

If someone enters the room that I am in, I will shout out through the megaphone.
Anyone in my room and next to it will hear the commotion.
Cannot prevent actions from being carried out.
This is a PASSIVE ability.
I do not need to do anything to use it.

Upon further questions to the mod...
IF I was killed by my roommates...it wouldn't work.
IF some passed through the room...it wouldn't work (ie. someone from Room #1 passing me in Room #6 to kill in Room #9).
It would also identify the cop or doc as it does not specify only mafia.

So it's a double-edge sword.

Your item claim has been very inconsistent. You only gave detailed information about your "item" when pressed upon, and to me, it seems like you've been making it up on the fly. For example, Jan 16th you said, "mafia had to target me since I'm just a vanilla townie". Now six days later your item suddenly changes it's magical abilities mid-game? Jan 22nd, you are quoted as saying, "If someone enters the room that I am in, I will shout out through the megaphone". First you're saying they have to target you, next you say they just have to enter your room. Those are 2 separate and distinct ways you said your item works, which means 1 out of 2 things. Either you have a magical item that mysteriously changes abilities each night or you're lying about the item. It it walks like a horse, looks like a horse, and stinks like a horse, it's probably a horse.

With you squaring off on Martino, the guiltier you look, the more innocent he does. I'm thinking that you, maybe Narsis, and inactive Samus are the scum. Martino could be on to something when he said CD could be dropping a hint to a fellow mafia member. Samus seems to fit this profile.

What does everyone else think.

That voting pattern is just ludicrous. I can't make anything out of it. I can't see a pattern except for what has already been analyzed re Sinkon's voters - that is, everyone alive has voted for him at least once. This means that either he is townie or mafia is really bussing.

I think scum is more likely to be found in the first category... which fits my vote nicely on SinKon. If I also remember correctly whenever SinKon votes it's usually without a fleshed out reason or fleshed out with someone else's reason.

I believe there are power roles still in the game (not item-powered). I believe the night kill can tell us who is scum or townie and help us scuttle down our list of suspects the next day. I believe the chances of us wrongly killing someone today is very high because we really don't have a good lead logic-wise or evidence-wise, which is why risk it when we can have one more day.

That's B.S. First you said "they had to target me", now you're saying, "they had to enter the room I was in". If you had an item that would work when someone entered the room you were in, why would you tell us that mafia had to target you? You wouldn't have.

Also, why would you have wanted a max spread strategy with that item. For ex, if we have 6 townies in 6 different rooms, you have a 1 in 6 chance of using your item. If we put 3 people per room, you have just significantly increased your odds of successfully using your item.

I agree with EM about CD's conflicting posts. I also wanted to post my away notice. I'll be gone until January 30th.

MOD: If possible, I'd like to give Narsis the power to move me to a room. Otherwise, could you please move me randomly to a room before the others have to move? In that way, they can at least adapt to the room I end up in.

Narsis can move you. Guess that's the most authentic way of doing it.

As it gives a reason why Martino would survive the day (ie. scum couldn't place the a vote to lynch townie).
